@Sam English isn’t her native language and she has subtitles for that reason. Her purpose is to uplift people. She opens up about her traumas. Do you know how hard it is to say publicly “I am abused???” And you catch a word that was imperfect and made fun of her??? And encourage others to join you??? Congratulations. 🎉 If you ‘somewhat’ weren’t like her, you wouldn’t watch this, so…on the inside, I genuinely believe, you have imperfections to work on, too-like all of us. Maybe you should start by asking yourself why finding others’ mistakes makes you happy? Ps. You forgot to put a “.” after you finished your sentence.

@anewplaneeveryweek

@@ellabella7071 I’m just saying that she’s definitely treating herself and her life right because animals have a more advanced sense than humans do. Cats usually sleep where they are most safe and comfortable, I just thought it was quite touching to see that the cat is so comfortable around Liz’s energy to fall asleep right by where she is talking. It’s like a mother-child connection because when there’s a strong bond between a mother and her child, the child even could fall asleep no matter if the mother is having a long or a little loud conversation just because the child feels peaceful around her. It’s meaningful to see cats and even other animals be so comfortable to be close to their owners even while they are having a long talk because usually anything would want to fall asleep in complete silence right? And Liz already making a positive impact to our lives and show that she’s a very respectful human being it’s just nice to see that even our animal companions agree.

one of the best things that improved my life when I truly learned how to live by it was things don't change unless you do. It used to scare me a lot but it's actually SO empowering once you realize that you can literally go from being your worst enemy, to your biggest supporter and be unstoppable.

@@aishalol I’m going to be honest and say that it was when I felt like I hit rock bottom and things couldn’t go worse. I started getting into manifestation and just surrounding myself of people (online) and concepts that would give me hope instead of crushing me and I started to set small victories like not crying for one day, then for one week, then trying to wake up early when I didn’t feel like I could do it, and it really started from there and I got to a point where I could literally manifest things in a week and just gave me more hope and confidence. The small things that I saw as victories were facts, practical, so it was something that had happened and I could look back and say wow I did it when I was feeling bad, i ‘m not feeling that bad now so surely I can do something about this. I remember I had a note on my phone where I used to write everything I accomplished like “I aced the exam studying only a week earlier” “I managed to follow my schedule during this rough week where I --“ and reading my accomplishments was a boost. Also, big things happen when you shift your energy because I started to attract wholesome people or in general people more aligned with what I wanted to be and negativity started drifting away. Sorry for the long answer but I feel like people make it way easier than it is, actually it’s not but it’s SO worth it. You only have you and you’re enough.

I hate it when people say she is the female andrew tate because liz has content curated specially to make women feel empowered and to let them be kind toward people who would actually accept it. Once we actually decide that we want to change, that we can do it, everything changes. I’m so grateful for you Liz. You have changed so many lives, including mine. Having someone like you to listen to is like… it’s like meeting an old friend, a supportive friend. It’s so inspiring how you have changed, and believe me, many people would be your friend if they knew you. You deserve every bit of happiness you get. We love you so much. I used to neglect my health, my well-being. I had a messed-up sleep cycle and didn’t eat a balanced diet. I didn’t do what I loved, I didn’t have a good mindset. Trust me, no matter where you are, no matter what situation you’re in, you can improve. Some of the most successful people had trauma in their past. If you try and change yourself, you will succeed. I believe in you guys. We can do this. Once again, thank you Liz for being the light in the dark for us. I’m so proud of how far you’ve come and who you are right now. ❤

27:26 I actually started crying watching this part. It hit me so personally because no one ever saved me and my siblings even if they knew abt how we’re living and what was happening to us. It felt like they didn’t care enough almost. Tomorrow I’m going to a job centre and a lawyer’s office. I only turned 18 not even a month ago and now I’m dealing with family court, assault charges and domestic violence. But honestly this chaotic opportunity is such a blessing bc now I can finally stand up for my dad and siblings. Update: My mum blew up at me because I wouldn’t let her drive my car. ( she lost her license for driving on drugs btw) I just went to my room to be left alone because I didn’t wanna explain why she doesn’t own it and why I don’t have to give it to her. This made her very angry all day. She kept yelling for hours even tho I wasn’t responding I just told her to leave me alone which made her kick in my door and smash my lamp. She got in my sisters face and started pushing her. I recorded the whole thing and called the police. She then stole my dads car and went to her boyfriends.. the police tracked her down and charged her for having drugs in the car plus driving with no license. Then I got a domestic AVO on her and I also had the option to charge her with breaking my property 😳

Seeking help. Same sex partners and much more oppressive beliefs they guilted me into not actually standing up and reporting him to the police they said that I'll destroy his life and how I'd set a bad image of him to his co workers and boss and how he could lose friends and people in his life which even made me more hurt than i ever was considering this isnt the first time that he physically assaulted me and he can easily overpower me i cry every night about regretting not actually talking action and actually healing becuz i never actually droped that case and ill never heal becuz this traumatic event stopped my life at a certain point where i always seem very neglected and weak thinking about it and my parents fail to see how it hurts me personally they didnt even care they just didnt want their only son to be held accountable im 15 i struggle with school and still trying to leave my parents i dont how i can actually live properly with nor fear and oppression considering i live in a religious country where me being queer and a woman is a crime im currently desperate to leave and never see their faces agian

god the entire time she was talking about the effects of coming from an abusive household, carrying abusive behaviours, the mentality that you were abused so you'll abuse right back, it reached me on such a deep level. i have been going through the exact dilemma over the last week and it has been so, so hard for me to come to terms with the anger i have inside me, that i denied for so long. thank you liz. i started therapy a few days ago and will continue it for a long time until my traumas are resolved, but it feels so reassuring that someone out there is talking to me about going through the same situation, and giving such heartfelt advice. i feel so deeply connected to what you're saying. it's incredibly healing to me just to hear it. i don't know if you'll ever read this comment but i needed to put my gratefulness out into the universe somewhere. thank you for these videos.

“You did not waste those years” touched me on a deeper level as i feel like she knows it’s hard to admit that i used to be a chronic people pleaser, so different that how i am now, it’s hard to admit to myself that i let those people walk over me that way, i endured all the abuse and manipulation because i had low self worth. Thank you for reminding me that i needed those times to be the version of myself that i am now

I really identify with you Liz. I grew up in a toxic home and I have zero self esteem. I have been feeling very suicidal and worthless for the last few days until I saw this video. Now I feel a bit more empowered to try again. I have a son so I have to stick around for him.

Thank you so much :'( I cried watching this, I've dealt with trauma/abuse since I was 12 now I'm 18 and I've always thought that I wasted all my teenage years cause literally I didn't live them I was just surviving, I'm stronger now and going to therapy even though I still live in the same household I'm starting to change and getting better stopping my parents toxic traits and they can see them a little bit. I think I'm a warrior and meant to break this toxic cycle thank you so much Liz, God bless you.

Liz, I lost 30 pounds in 4 months and my lifestyle changes started relatively soon after I first started seeing your videos. I started actually learning more about nutrition and fitness and for the first time in my life, genuinely started taking a logical approach on how to change my health and body rather than always victimizing myself about having a bad metabolism and not being naturally skinny. I have always had trouble with emotional eating and binge eating, anxiety, and since one of the first videos of you I saw about binge eating, then confidence and everything else, it really woke something up in me. I never thought that it was possible for me to drop weight the way I finally did. I am still not at my goal weight, but I have been able to really manage my emotions in everything I do now to take the right steps and properly calculate whatever I want and how to reach to that point. Truly, truly, truly, thank you. Thank you for changing my life for the better and bringing me internal peace by teaching me how to approach life in a way that I can actually get things done and get to everything I aspire to become. Even down to cutting out everyone who provided no value in my life, and now I have been able to level up in every way. I don’t feel held back anymore

Hi Liz, I'm just here to thank you because honestly right now I'm really struggling because of my eating disorder recovery: these words were exactly what I needed to hear. I'm tired of this life. I'm tired of just trying to survive and not actually living and enjoying life and now I know that I CAN change this, I'm capeble of doing it and I'll try. Maybe I will struggle a lot but I will go over everything. Thank you, really and truly.

Thank you. I've always been ashamed of how I humiliated myself for someone. I was ashamed that I was so loyal to someone who hurt me all the time. I was ashamed of how big and pure my heart is and how I always fought for people, for love. I walked away from someone who changed and started to disrespect our relation and I felt guilty of the fact I left, guilty for doing something what's good with my mental health. I felt guilty for literally everything. I'm proud of myself I didn't let people come back in my life. I was so stressful about everything around me. This is how blaming yourself works and thinking that you are doing everything wrong or giving too much and then you have knifes in your back. It's the past I remember and I still feel stupid for it sometimes. I was just too good person and too sensitive to everything. I'm trying to fix myself. Past is the past. The present and the future can always be better.

That part when you hold back your tears had me crying and thinking about my past and my parents' toxic relationship, I went through many things and had always been that person who's ignored in every friend group and then went home to find peace but I never did but now my parents divorced and our lives are at a peace now and I'm currently working on my childhood trauma, Liz made me realize how strong I am all those past years and I'm proud of myself for trying to become a better person and I will be. Thank you God for staying with me when I'm at my lowest and Thank you Liz you are so brave.

the last part about seeing the same people and situations again is so true. i used to feel really left out and unimportant in my first friendgroupa couple years ago, and then i changed friends and thought that they were the complete opposit of the last one but i was wrong. i recently broke all contacts with all my toxic friends and now i honestly feel so appreciated and loved even if i have almost no friends. so if you're scared to cut off people just because you're scared to be alone. just do it, you will literally feel so liberated and relaxed that you'll stop seeking other people's validation and will work on yourself more
