This is a short and effective workout you can do at home every second day to tone your arms. You can stand or sit for this workout and choose whatever weight suits you best. As we age, we all struggle to keep those bat wings away (especially those of us who genetically have more fat on the back of our arms!). You can challenge your arms 2-3 times a week with this workout to see faster results. Working the muscle one day a week maintains the strength you have...doing the workout more than twice a week will build the muscle and get you stronger and more toned.
