I've been using Monitor & Ctrl on my latest videos with my FX30 to see how it performs and I really like it. Recently they added the option to connect it directly to USB so it's really stable a quick. The only drawback I could think of is that I don't get audio levels there, which is weird, because I'm even controlling my camera with it. Also tap to focus doesn't work!

@@JorisHermans Thanks for getting back to me - much appreciated. The M&C app is only for video and I want this for still photography. Specifically I want this for wide field astrophotography. Which is tricky since setting the focus to infinity does not get the job done. If you know of anything else that might help me I be glad to hear it. Thanks again

which one is best for playing back videos? I want something similar to the quik app on the gopro. it's very useful when I exercise. stuff like trampoline flips, calistencis soccer etc. I wanna be able to look at the replay on my phone.
