I think it's important to remember that we ride because we love riding. The heart & culture of riding is absolute simplicity. It's not about 'making a statement' Idiots in tight groups doing hand stand wheelies down the highway have completely missed the point. Keep it simple, keep it real. Riding should release you & relax you to simply live.

Rarely has anything to do with the band, it's normally about the corporate entity who owns everything down to the band's underwear. It would easily fall into fair use for that length though. It's no different with music, but who would run four seconds of music? Dunno about US but here satire is particularly protected by fair use. Asking permission is just good manners though. Well here in Alaska it's six months. I'm not sure why you can't find it on the DMV website, that kind of sucks. It says it on the Alaska DMV website. I think it's the same waiting period to get your license for a car as it is for a motorcycle.
