Great video, Scott. I use these features daily! Note: When an email has ATTACHMENTS and you want to convert it to a calendar appointment, simply RIGHT CLICK when dragging and the attachments will go with it. Viola!

Very informative video, thank you. Is there a way to just write on the outlook calendar without it being an appointment or meeting. For example, if you want to type on Nov 2, ordered A frame sign. This would allow me then to see how long ago that was done for me to see in month view. Thanks.

I'd recommend that you add these types of entries as an All-Day Event. They will appear on the calendar but will not be tied to a specific time.

Great stuff, I especially like the email to calendar event tip. I'd like to see that with the calendar in Teams. If I create an event in Outlook, it won't show in my Teams calendar, but if I create it in Teams it syncs with my Outlook calendar. Perhaps a unique deal on the company IT system...

I color coded all my entries in my PC but when I checked the app on my cellphone they were all the same color. I imagine is because my PC is Windows based while my phone is Android. Any ideas?

I am in the United Kingdom and my version of Outlook Calendar is not the same as yours. There are no option mini boxes on the top of the screen and the left hand side is diferent as well. Is there a new version of Outlook Calendar that we have not been issued with yet?
