Don’t forget to add 10amp diodes if your connecting to headlights or corner lights

Hey Chris, thanks for the video. My question is where do you buy the remote control and how to sync it to the flasher. Thanks in advance man.

Definitely. I think for anyone that doesn’t want to mess with fusing and wiring up the other remote control I use, that Anzo is perfect 👌

FlyRyde yes i agree 100% and you should give the maxima strobe module a try it’s pretty cool with 16 modes

What diffuser material is used for retrofit headlights that can be bent and molded? I'm always seeing custom lights with said diffusers shaped like this for led strips, but I can't figure how/where to get the material.
@flyryde4 жыл бұрын
You’re probably seeing factory diffusers and thinking people made it. Put it this way, if they look like shit, the dude probably made it. If it looks good it’s factory. VERY few builders use high quality 3D printing or special equipment you’ll never want to invest in for such a small payoff. It’d be disproportionately more expensive than its worth.

@@flyryde this probably why I can't get a straight answer from installers. This has been the straightest. Thanks bro
@flyryde4 жыл бұрын
Yeah. Well, nobody likes to think that their hours and hours of work, still looks like summer camp arts and crafts y’know. You can hide that stuff on Instagram but not from human eyeballs. If it only looks awesome in footage, it’s probably not something you should be trying to sell without the customer getting to see what they’re actually getting.
@dithperlay32923 жыл бұрын
Dumb question: when you connect the + from the Sho-me to the regular + of the headlight, if headlights are turned on at night, then strobes won’t work. Correct?
@flyryde3 жыл бұрын
Correct, and to do so, you need IN4007 diodes to keep one power source from back feeding into the other.
@selfmade82384 жыл бұрын
How much you charge to make them if you do?

My question would be Does this prevent regular running i.e using your lights normally. Tempted to looking into making a set but I don't want to be pulled over because my lights never stop strobing
@flyryde4 жыл бұрын
No, I used a dual input circuit (2 diodes twisted together). So the strobe unit and the reverse light circuit don’t interfere or even see each other.

Nice video Chris my problem with this type of system is you have to cycle through to get your pattern, if you want a second one heaven forbid you have a problem also if say your in the car what pattern is it in. Also why don't these units come with sequential, like move over patterns..
@coolcj15 Жыл бұрын
They have memory recall. If you turn them off, when you turn them back on, they'll go to the last pattern you had. In addition, you'd need to get more than the 2 output version to get something resembling a traffic advisor.

How does the remote have 4 buttons with 4 modes but only one wire is to the mode switch on the sho-me?
@flyryde3 жыл бұрын
Two of the buttons are powering the inputs for show modes on the ghozt sequencer, not the Sho-me. The other two buttons are dedicated to the Sho-me: Power, and Mode.
