Hmm I thought it made sense the way they do it because even if people are trying to get out as many people as possible, they are taking a risk themselves by going another round and getting potentially eliminated. But honestly I really like that idea, it would change the goal from "stay in the box for as many rounds as possible" to "work together to eliminate as few people as possible." Especially because the way it is right now, there is no penalty for incorrectly guessing someone is the mole. Whereas if it lowered the prize money, people might think twice before eliminating someone just cuz.

I thought it could maybe be strange contour or makeup on her part. It also seems wider in the center of the vertical line, like . That isn't so uncommon in noses I've seen. I was looking at the littlest screen option too, so i maybe disregarded some more obvious signs like overly shiny skin someone mentioned in the comments. She doesn't have the triangular nostrils that are most telling to me and i don't think i would know it was a nose job if we weren't actively talking about them.
