The only thing this is missing is realism. When hitting pads, be sure to get safely in and out the way of strikes. Few gyms emphasise this

Yes, of course. Having the pad holder initiate attacks, counters and presenting various types of footwork for the puncher/kicker to react to is essential. We just tried to show a few combo's here by isolating the moves with nothing else.

WinspersKickboxing I understand and like what you're doing. Fighting (Striking out grappling.) Is about linking kinetic chains. The less readable your patterns are, the higher your chance is for victory

James Miles Side kicks are frowned upon in k1/Muay Thai. Mainly because they leave u open for low kicks

He's training his kicks higher to make kicking low easier and more effective and powerful. In taekwondo our instructor described this to us, he's probably doing that

Axe kick as initial move? Wtf! If you do this, the opponent possibly would grab your leg and throw you. This kick es very sloooow, it must be the last move, after doing one or two punches. A strong kick must be done after light moves to prepare the weak side of the opponent. You should guide the oponents arms towards the side that you need to. Sorry about my english, I am not good with it.
