Hi Phil. Can a foreigner purchase a property in the US? If yes, what is the procedure ?

The same exact way that a US citizen purchases property. Many of America's iconic properties are owned by foreigners.

There is a small process you need to follow in the beginning though... you have to set up a US entity and a US bank account, prior to buying your first property. And it's best to work with someone who specializing in setting those up for foreigners because you want to make sure you set up the correct entity so you don't accidentally end up with double taxation or anything annoying. It's a simple thing, but you want to make sure you're set up correctly beforehand.

I have purchased and sold over 300 homes. It took me 15 years to get really really good at it. Now I’m unstoppable mostly buying bank foreclosures renovating them and either keeping and refinancing them or selling them outright. Now I’m worth 10 big ones. Good luck to all

Thanks for this, my husband and I finally got into the real estate game it's been A dream of ours that's finally happening. Almost 4 months & your quality #4 was what I needed to hear.
