Like the Phantom Troupe from HxH has a sad backstory, but it isn’t there motivation, it no longer defines them. This applies to Acnologia. On the other hand, everything Zeref does is because of his past.

Late but both villains are also great thematic foils to the series as a whole. You have the tragic villain in Zeref, who in a show about friendship, love and comradery, literally can't get close to anyone because his magic kills anything that is near him. Then you have Acnologia who is more destruction incarnate, and again in a series about togetherness and working together, he takes pride in being the sole strongest and him being the "magic" dragon and having every magic is symbolic of him being the strongest and having everything on his own, which makes it the more cathartic that it was the everyone far weaker than himself working together to beat the guy who was strong but alone

Fairytail has definitely given me so much joy since 2017. Ever since I first saw it, I just been loving it ever since from watching it on Netflix to eventually catching up to everything. I drew my OC off of Natsu. I kept looking at Mashima’s artstyle and I still improve it on to this day. Plus I love Lucy and I can’t stand the FairyTail hate, so I just ignore them. It has saved me through worst moments and even got me into a relationship last year but unfortunately didn’t last, that love of FairyTail still surrounds me. It hit different with having a gf that loves FairyTail just as much as I do. Currently it’s just me still watch ft and find more friends that love the anime so much.

If anything about the animanga community is that the majority lacks reading comprehension. You can tell they speed through the series and that's it as they pull up IGN(orant) like taket cause really. It is quite thought out if you actually try to invest and understand things in the series with a open mind instead of writing it's context out. Something I noticed for instance that in the Grand Magic Games is that Kagura and Minerva are parallels to Erza about her developments post TOH where one's about to Erza's non guild friends(Kagura) while the other is to the guild(Minerva).

And ironically it came from Zeref and Mavis’s love. Makarov is such a great dad. honestly surprise fairy tail not like, the power concept is faar better than one piece and naruto, cmon now dragon slayers, god slayers etc the power and abilities are also pretty good, got the best character usage 2nd to One piece and faaaar above naruto especially with the woman got the 2nd best pull up game out of the big 3 1st being One piece, fairy tail and bleach are tie because when the guild and gotei 13 pull up sht went down cant say the same with naruto. now the story was interesting ppl that be like power of friendship need to stfu because the big 3 did some bs in their story too ex. luffy took L's, naruto shouldnt have been able to beat no one and ichigo was a quick learner and half of everything mf. here how i would rank them 1st One Piece 2nd Fairy tail 3rd Bleach 4th Naruto
