I managed to get my 7 month old to go to bed with CIO but she wake up 4 times a night. Should I follow CIO method during night wake?

I wouldn't jump to that very first. I would try to figure out WHY she is waking in the night and address that. Is she cold, hungry, uncomfortable, etc? For help, see this post: www.babywisemom.com/nightime-sleep-issues-revised-and/

I still have a hard time finding out how long you should let them cry. My poor little guy seems to never be able to fall asleep. Although he is 3.5 months

It really varies from baby to baby. You have to do some trial and error to see what works best for your baby. Take good notes so you can see patterns.

@@BabywiseMomOnce he starts crying, he does not stop. I once let him go for 45 minutes but I couldn't take it anymore because it just got more and more desperate :( I do know his pattern of only sleeping 20 minutes on the dot. Most people I've asked said this is normal but I feel like it's not
