You have to find ways to snatch your readers attention, make them anticipate the next chapter, and make them excited about the story and your characters. You gotta make your partner anticipate your kiss, and build tension. You need to build the excitement in a story, and build tension to the climax, varying the pace to make it interesting. You have to appeal to your audience but also do what you want to do, and have a clear narrative and purpose. If writing is somewhat similar to kissing, then I think I might just be a good pretty kisser.

Heh I remember my first kiss. We had admitted a month prior that we had feelings for each other and we really wanted to try and see how it would work out. So in May we got together and hung out at a mall for the first time, spending time with each other and it was fun. But it was when we sat in my car that things got magical. I feel that’s very subjective (different people have different preferences l) but for early date kissing I would definitely lean towards closed eyes so you can really be present to the connection of your bodies... the open eye kissing is a very intimate and intense experience, it may overwhelm a guy if it’s done too soon!
