Awesome! It's ironic because I hear breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So strange. Because I can't eat past 8pm or I'll gain weight. Well I still eat healthy breakfast food but not AT breakfast time. I eat it around lunch time so in a way I'm skipping breakfast lol.

I would completely disagree with skipping breakfast for a simple reason we need to empty bile from gallbalder with fat food. It's like to make pee in the morning so important. And it's nothing to have with any cereal companies

Thank you guys. Being an Indian what I do is I blend live turmeric, ginger, honey and kasturi lime juice and store it in the fridge. I consume it by mixing it with cinnamon powder only when I eat it since mixing it with the other ingredients will dry it up. For collagen I consume home made broth jelly, for my hair I consume a table spoon of black sesame seeds. For breakfast I have oats with 10 different types of seeds, fruits and nuts daily. I also take apple cider vinegar. For exercise, I do tabata and weight training. For my abs I do 9minutes of plank. I drink minimum 3 litres of water daily including 1.2 litres of green teas.

OMG! It is so true about skipping breakfast! I am not hungry in the mornings, which is why I drink water and apple cider vinegar and eat a banana, or I make an organic smoothie, except for when I meditate. I fast when I meditate then I eat raw organic green salads or make a green juice and eat vegan fed chicken or salmon, etc. I also drink a gallon of water every day. As for the herbs and spices, I grew up on all of them which is probably why I have never had a cold or the flu.

I wanted to add something on this list: tea! My grandmother lost over 100 lbs from just sipping green tea all day. She said it reduced her food cravings. I think it has the same effect as drinking 8oz of water whenever wanting a snack or meal. But green tea is probably more satisfying and appetite suppressing than water. Although it's important to not over brew. Green tea, according to Chinese say you should not brew over 1 min!! You can use the leaves again however. I notice when I brew it too long, it tastes bad too. And it actually hurts my stomach. So 1-2 min no more! Also don't add sugar if weight loss and low blood sugar is goal. Instead add stevia or very small amount of honey. Or 1/2 stevia 1/2 honey is my trick for food to give a little flavor without overdoing the sugar.

I respect what Dr Axe does a lot & he has helped me with my overall health a lot, but everything he’s mentioned in this video hinges on a calorie deficit. You can follow these guidelines & still not lose weight. Therefore, the major key is to be in a calorie deficit long enough to lose weight, adapt to your metabolism as you continue to lose weight (meaning, slightly change your deficit by 100-500 calories max during your weight loss journey), and eat at your NEW maintenance caloric intake once you’ve reached your desired weight.

Judy Buchanam were you eating clean and exercising too or did you just implement the oil into your water to see results? Have results happened for you but not changing anything except adding the oil and drinking more water?

it s amazing as having a baby made me often skip breakfast due to lack of time in the morning. i often felt guilty about it as I was very sure breakdast is good. but then I noticed that I start to lose weight, without any extra effort. I kept telling to everyone that wanted to listen that skipping breakfast is the secret. and now I bumped into this show, which says just that. i amso s art, ain't I? LOL

I’m intermediate fasting I find I crave sugar less and eat less often but struggle with balancing between carbs protein fats. I want more energy through out the day! Time for the probiotics and organic multi which I learned about from Dr Axe!

Omg... I had no idea he created “Garden of Life”!!! That’s my favorite vitamin brand and I swear by it

Garden of Life was sold to Nestlé, who do not have the same purity standards. Read product reviews since the change.

@@DD-xh3fc are u serious??? I didn’t know that… i seen a commercial from them online yesterday and had a little side eye like what has changed?… do you know of any other vitamin brand you can suggest to me? Organic and pure? I am very picky about that :(

Hi guys I don’t skip breakfast I look after my thyroid without medication but with nutritional foods I drink 2 cups of water - not tap water, with 2 tbsp 🍋 juice Then as bone broth don’t break a fast About 45mins I start drinking a cup of bone broth that’s always been my go to starter of the day. An hours later before I head to work I make smoothie 😊😊 I do work in a physical job. It’s a lot of ingredients but you don’t feel hungry while your working. A scoop of protein, collagen, vital Greens, antioxidants, organic turmeric,organic ginger,organic cinnamon, organic curcumin, organic cocoa nibs, 200mls of pure water & organic MCT. My physical work is around 8 to 10 hrs everyday so I’m on my feet & doing over 10,000 & some day 15,000 steps per day My second meal is light & finish before 3 pm. 30mins before bed I drink a cup of herb tea.

Love your videos.. Watch as many of them as I can. Thank You so much for creating these. I have a question though, I bought a tub of your collagen powder from my local health food store. When I got it home, I was pretty disappointing that the container was only half full. I paid almost $40 for it but did I get cheated or is this normal? Not much there for $40

Hey! Great video! Don't knock on marathon runners though, it's an awesome sport and some of the strongest(looking too!)people I know are marathon runners. Sprinting is great too, but they pound much much harder on their joints, so I'm not sure about the longevity. I'm a marathon runner and LOVE it! ! Everything else in this video=awesome! Thank you:-)!

Could you use the oils in a capsule instead of in water?
@SuziRider5D6 жыл бұрын
Tamara Trinder Yes, people put essential oils in a capsule all the time (Some of them taste pretty nasty!).
