Between homeschooling work and not wanting to spend couple hundred $s on a divorce I can say I'm literally divorced. After 3 months, he was still always going home at the same time. I asked him if he was married, and he said he was divorced and living temporarily at his mother's. He even took me to his mother's house and to his room. It was obviously his room. I was busy with a full-time job and carrying a lot of hours at college. A couple of months later, I asked him if he was really divorced and found out he was separated. He went back to his wife eventually. I was crazy about the guy. That affected me for life.

Yeah, one of the guys I was dating took me to his parents house, introduced me to his parents and his son. I had been to their house on several occasions. He talked to me from home for hours. Anywhere he was he talked to me; he would go to sleep on the phone. He tried to play me and his game was tight! One thing I did do was hold onto my vow to God. I did not sleep with him although he “subtly” tried. If I would have slept with him, he would have got the cookies and ghosted me because that was his plan. I would have been broken! Remember though, just because someone lives with the man you're seeing doesn't always mean she's a wife or girlfriend because she may also be listed as a non-spouse and non girlfriend connection such as his mom or sister If there's other names listed in the household, background check each one of them to see who they are, don't just stop at him alone Why do you think you pay for these background checks? It's for a reason I'm glad the law is that these days we need marriage licenses in order to be married so that the marriage license that becomes public record will put other singles on notice for their own safety and warn them to not get involved if the man there going to see is actually married I'm so glad common law marriage was done away with and actually outlawed because many states no longer recognize it for certain reasons, and that's the problems that come with them Common law marriages can be easily hidden, which can put single women in danger if she unknowingly dates a common law married man I'm so glad common law marriages were done away with for whatever reasons we may learn about I'm so glad you need a marriage license that becomes public record so that all singles will be unnoticed and for their safety, be able to choose to make an educated decision to avoid someone who's married

I had a guy who would FaceTime me on his way to work and told me that he lived with his mom because his house he owned was a rental property. I took that as a way of him saying I would never be able to go to his place. He went on to tell me that he was a single father of 3 with the help of his mom. Then he would text late at night and tell me goodnight because he was at that time heading to work his night shift. I left him alone and ceased all communication. I met my ex husband in Germany. He was a Soldier. I asked him a few times if he was married and he said no. Then one time when I asked him, he said "if I was married to 100 women, I would divorce them all for u". I instantly knew he had been lying to me, instantly knew he was married. He worked on 7th fl, I worked on 1st fl, but we started running into each other on the parking lot, in cafeteria, on the elevator, leaving work, then he started bringing me a soda or a treat at random, take me to lunch and/or early dinner after work, he would even bring me dinner on the occasions that I had to work OT...BUT not as accessible in person on the weekend and definitely no theatre, concert, events. His wife found the pattern of my phone number on the phone bill and called me. His story was they were getting a divorce, and he didn't know how to tell me. Months later I heard he left the company.

01) he always disappears around the same time. Pay close attention. At least investigate. Minus work hours, many cannot communicate during work hours. Does what he claim consistent? 02) he only talks to you when he is not home. FaceTime and in-person is better. 03) he doesn’t answer his phone after certain hours, especially night hours. Worst he turns his phone off at night. Pay attention and discuss these things. 04) you can never go to his house. Most men will not take that risk. Make sure he even has a house to go to and not jumping from home to home or living out of his car. Does he only hang out at your house? Or is he at your house due to convenience? 05) he only communicates with you via social media. That phone may be getting looked at from time to time but the GF or wife may not have his social media passwords. Move it offline if you are already hanging out and going out on dates. If not, that is a concern, a red flag. 06) he doesn’t want to follow you on social media or he does not have a social media. Many taken or married people don’t have social media as it may create a mess for them. It’s worth looking into the reason why. If he has social media, but wants to avoid following one another and worse his page is on private. 07) he doesn’t want to introduce you to any of his family or friends. Yes, many bold men do. Their families KNOW how they get down and roll with it. Even if he is not in a real, this is still a concern about how serious he is about you. Typically some kind of problem exists.

I needed this information 22yrs ago. No social media. We worked at the same company. When he asked me out for lunch my Spirit man said NO, I opened my mouth and said yes. Four months in to dating I started getting random call hangups. Long story short, his wife became suspicious after finding him in the basement, in the dark, ending a call, with a glass of wine. How about a man who starts pursuing you telling me he is totally single (divorced) for 7 years, and then you find out he is also considering reconciling at the same time with his ex. When I found that out, i pulled away immediately. Didn't say a word. I just stopped all contact and never heard from him again. There is no way he s going to put me in a third-party relationship. I m glad my guts gave me some red flags after the second month of dating. 4 months later, he texted back to me, telling me how much he misses me. Probably, it didn't work out with his ex, so he decided to come back to me. I never and will never respond back to this skunk. I do not associate with players, and thank God i have a good sense of discernment. It's totally disgusting.

This literally just happened to me today!! Was talking to a guy for a few weeks after meeting him at a mutual friends birthday, I'd had a feeling something was not quite right so I'd ceased talking to him. Im sitting here and you just mention one of my issues with the guy ive been dating for one year and a few months now. Ive never been to his house but he has been to mines, and when i first talked to him about going it was always a different answer. It went from my brother stays with me to my son lives there to my son and grandchild is there to i got to cut the grass to i got to fix it up to my a/c is out at home, to my lights are off. And so i just up and asked does a woman stay with you or have access to your house. So he did say that I would see his home before this year is up.
