Coach, I will give you a video idea. So I live in a multifamily building and there is this girl living with her family in the house next door. When I am out smoking sometimes she and her sisters and mom always say HI when passing through, but noticed she has been checking me out more than the rest of the family. I honestly like her and think she is very pretty and there is some sort of mysterious attraction towards her. On the other side, I am confused and not sure if she really wants me to make a move or just her being kind. One day, she was with her mom and sisters (4 sis all of them pretty) and she said Hi loudly. This was surprising and I didn't react in a way to be a little more flirty because I am not sure weather she is just being nice or she is really expecting me make a move.. How to approach a girl when she is with a family member coach? 😁😃

I haven’t felt attractive for the last year. And I’ve started to not even care about looking at women in public and has made it less motivating to go to the gym or out in public. Each day I’ve continuously gotten more stagnant and less confident and I am starting to gain more weight and care less everyday about myself and my life

Women want average looking, tall men with 6 figure incomes. Reason? She feels safe in every aspect. Safe from danger, safe from homelessness, and safe from you cheating because she knows that she doesn't have to worry about you being tempted all the time.

Not even sure why I watched this, maybe it was to say this. First nothing I will say is new. Pump the brakes now. Start caring about yourself. If you don’t then don’t expect others to End your weight concerns now. Not binge diet or whatever, but don’t make things worse that will make you feel worse about yourself, and even more overwhelming to get back to your “normal”. The past years have been rough on everyone. Be a survivor. People will notice and respect efforts you make to recenter yourself, whether they say it or not. Your situation as described is not hopeless. Turn around and be hopeful. Good luck, and may God bless you, my friend.

Me: great video, very enlightening! Really appreciate the positivity in perspective! My dog: (after bringing pig treats to share with coach Melannie): this should explain a lot of the Holman behaviors you've been experiencing while in public... I mean a woman stopped you from getting into the truck the other day just to ask for directions that she could easily obtain with a phone... and you just chocked it up to absolutely nothing as usual like an emotionally unavailable squirrel-man. Me: am not a squirrel... you dingus! Take that back! My dog: NEVER! check out another Coach Melannie video... I like her, she is new frend.

Hi Coach Melannie!! Kind of difficult to be an 'encouraging person' sometimes I discouraged a girl to do two things from five, and I was not seen as somebody who want to build her up, I was seen as somebody who want to control her or stop her to reach her happiness and after that she was not as talkative as before. Probably because she was doing the five things and she do not want to talk about that. And that was hurtful in many ways. ---------- I like a lot your 'Truth statment'.

As to point 3, building up and encouraging people, and to point 4 being a kind person, you need to be extremely careful about this, because "Being A Mr. Nice Guy" (which incorporates points 3 and 4) is an ENORMOUS turnoff to women across the board. Perhaps, instead of trying too hard to be attractive, you should work on improving yourself (point 2 personal growth) with specific focus on BOUNDARIES. STOP SIMPING, it is a sign of weakness, not an attractive trait.

If i am Attractive, but still only face rejection, how can i keep my confidence up that i am actually wanted somewhere somehow? I really don't get it. Apparently i do all the right things, i am attractive, i am so good, bla bla bla. But then if all that is true, why can i never get anywhere in my search for a relationship? Six out of seven Points seemingly apply to me, but as much as i try to do change things, nothing changes in the result. And i don't want to become dishonest to who i am just to attract someone. (The one missing is Confident Habits, which, idk how to change at this point because i am getting so much purely negative feedback.) How do i learn more confidence when nothing i try works is basically the question?

@CoachMelannie2 жыл бұрын
That might be true if we were talking about fish. But we are not. We are talking about humans. Living, breathing women with emotions, feelings and needs. It's more realistic to think of it like moving to a new country. A country where they speak a different language than you and have different traditions and cultures. If you were going into this situation I'm sure you would agree that having a guide would be an asset. Someone who knows the language and culture and can teach it to you. That is the power of a woman coach. BUT you have to remember you are trying to attract a woman not a fish. Have a nice day!
