Getting your body in shape will improve your looks tremendously. Work with what you have.
@indridcold84334 жыл бұрын
I am extremely athletic and within my ideal clinical weight. However, I do this to maintain optimal health in order to avoid diseases associate with poor diet, obesity, and weak heart. I do not maintain my body in top conditions for aesthetic purposes. No matter what I do, I will always be rectally ugly from my shoulders up. I can stay in top condition and maintain myself as clean as possible for health reasons. However, this does nothing to aid in being considered attractive to the females of the species.

@O'SSÉIN - Master Your Mind With Me I wouldn't have admitted even a year ago. But it is so true. You let yourself down when you have a great personality, great features, but are overweight or just unfit.
@indridcold84334 жыл бұрын
@@ebbyc1817 Even if rectally ugly, such as myself, allowing personal obesity is very degrading to yourself. Not only do you invite disease that shorten life tremendously, you essentially tell the planet, "I gave up. I have no will power. If something is difficult too do, I will not do it. I will not maintain myself in top health for anyone, not even myself." When I was a fatboy, I knew losing weight would do nothing for me as far as making me more attractive. However, the one vehicle that must last all my life is my body and it was doing me a disservice. I was always tired, out of breath and sweating disgustingly. I cut out soda, deep fried food, pork, almost all beef, greasy foods, and walked whenever I got the chance. I would park very far from the grocery store entry. I would walk places whenever I could. At first, it was agonising hauling around 100 pounds of extra garbage that clung to my body. But slowly, the garbage started disappearing. As the garbage went away, I could walk further, lift more, and became more endurant. Today, I am athletic and at my ideal weight. I ran a marathon on the year I turned 40. I believe I can still do it. I can lift things people my age can not normally lift. I have not exercised for strength. It is simply I am not hauling around 100 pounds of garbage. With that comes the incredible stamina, able to lift a lot more, and high energy level. People always say fat people have no energy nor stamina. I beg to differ. They have incredible energy and stamina. They are constantly hauling around 100 pounds or more of garbage and are still able to function. Today, I am still rectally ugly. I have no friends but I am extremely healthy and have my life long vehicle well maintained (my body) . One would take extremely good care of a classic car, why not your body? Maintaining your body is the one thing where putting more effort will always pay off well.

It is improbable to love myself. I would not even hang around myself if I could do anything about it. But unfortunately, everywhere I go, I always have to find myself following there. Thus, I am stuck with someone I do not like going everywhere I go. I have nothing I can offer anybody, not even companionship. @@jdc4316 I rather stay isolated than be a victim again. It is not worth returning to assimilate into a social herd again. The negatives of being social far outweigh the positives. I will never be a victim again. It is not possible, as of now. I can not be a victim if there is nobody to make me a victim. It is impossible for me to ever be used, betrayed, or painfully abandoned again if I continue social isolation. Perhaps one day I may weaken and try to rejoin a social herd. But, as of yet, I have stayed my path and not had an interpersonal social interaction since 8 August 2000. No friends, no girlfriend, no chance to become a victim. It is a very simple existence. This semi-anonymous KZbin rant is the only vague interaction I have and its purpose is to aid in the mastery of written English. Guys this might help someone out here in the comments to get *more* attractive physically... (if that's even a thing) Apart from these facts that you shouldn't doubt yourself, and people may find you attractive, I've found a way to make myself more attractive and I'm gonna share it here. When I was younger, I was always told I dont smile a lot, and I'm always thinking about stuff when I should just be enjoying life. I didnt really listen to these comments because I thought it was a load of bull. So then one day my mum told me my face was changing (in a bad way) and if I dont smile, it will stay like that. (Bare in mind she's a pharmacist so she understands these things). But I told her I didnt have any reason to smile. Now, some may say this was just puberty or something, but i say it's just the power of smiling. So I eventually got annoyed with my parents commenting on my weird behaviour, and decided, fine, I'll smile just to show them it doesnt change anything. I try to smile everyday and talk to more people, and laugh at more things just to prove my point that I was naturally unattractive. Now, 2 years later, people started to recognise me more and say I am actually prettier than I thought I was, and than I was before. Even I look at myself in the mirror and (not to sound arrogant or anything) I'm really happy with what I look like now. Its actually so shocking how something so simple could be so good. The moral of this story isn't that you should put up with something you dont like, or that you're all ugly 😂, it's that if you want to change, then you can change. Even i'm honestly still surprised that I look this way, because I dont resemble what I looked like a few years ago... at least not that much. The actual moral of this story is if you keep smiling, you'll be beautiful. I know it sounds corny or cheesy (believe me, even I find it cheesy reading it). But just keep smiling and you'll make it, I'm sure of that. 👍🏽🙏🏾

1. Don't know what this is about. 2. I never noticed people being nervous around me. Either I'm dense or it doesn't happen. My assumption is both. 3. I don't know how a good looking man looks like. So I can't judge how attractive I am. 4. When I interact with people it almost always is a positive or a neutral one. In group settings I tend to be in the background though. 5. I speak my mind and when I decided to do something it is difficult to prevent me from doing so. Convincing me otherwise is the best option to do that. But it takes a long time until I actually decide to do something. I often just live my live doing what I did already. 6. I'm always happy and I smile when I talk to people. Someone said that he likes talking to me because I pay more attention than the average person. But my drive to do do new things isn't that big. At least when it comes to activities. My drive to do new things when it comes to learning is a completely different story. 7. I guess I'm creative.

Secure people will tell you you're attractive if you're attractive. Insecure people will bully you. That's two other ways to know.

Put your finger down if you're here because you've been feeling insecure, found this video and decided to watch it for a glimmer of hope that you're more attractive than you think and feel a bit better about yourself Just me?

If you wanna know if your face is attractive you should look up stuff like "ideal face", symmetry is what is important and that is what others see when they look at you, not your barely noticeble flaws like slight skin imperfections. Genetics are king when it comes to attractivness so anything that are a genetic positivity is generally found attractive among most peoples. Muscles and success and stuff you can work on in life can also be a factor but a much lesser one because it is more of a preference, height in males play a bigger role than both of those. It may not be fair but it is what it is.

Impressive. Personally I am trying to advance my art technique, recently I've learned it's the one thing I really want that I can control. But I also like public speaking. Mabye any advice?

@@eobardthawn6903 I go to school for communications. I want to do public speaking or another communications related field and do art as secondary. I enter a lot of shows and have been in a large handful.

@@artfanatic8093 Nice. That's both an extroverted goal and an introverted one. Not completly, overtly but generally. You might be an ambivert. Possibly. Either way I beilve myself to be one. Depends on my mood, whether i want to devise a line of solitude or talk to others.

I have always been stared at when I go to the shop. I’ve always thought that they think I’m too fat for what I’m wearing. I began to diet and the ‘fat’ I had wasn’t making up for what I wasn’t eat. I was active and ate healthy, but I couldn’t lose any weight.

One definite sign I am as unattractive as I know I am: My home has a mirror on the back of the laundry room door. Unfortunately, whenever I do laundry, the mirror leaves no doubt I am not attractive. Aside from the obvious aesthetics, I am socially inempt, have an inferiority complex, and believe myself unlikeable. But the one definite sign I am unattractive is my reflection.

Indrid Cold that’s depression. Fake it till you make it damn it. That is your negative mind telling you that. Make peace with your mind by learning to meditate. Your brain will go into higher frequencies. Suddenly people who you never thought would, come up to you . A new attractive force has hit you. Meditation taps into the quantum world. You got this

@@mmmfun77 Well, I have established an extremely safe and nearly infallible protection zone that I no longer know how to terminate. After being used, betrayed, and extremely painfully abandoned by what was supposed to be my girlfriend and her friends, that she insisted I befriend as well, I promised myself I would never allow even the smallest of possibilities of those events ever happening to me again. I was left with no friends nor a girlfriend after 8 August 2000. However, I never bothered replacing any of them and today I still have nobody in my life. It is lonely. However, the safety, predictability, freedom, independence, self reliance, and affordability of life is unequalled to anything anybody could ever experience with others in their lives. It has become such a way of life that I do things completely alone and by myself that others usually do not regard doing alone. I repair my home completely alone, including replacing the roof alone. I have done major repairs and modifications to my automobile alone that most would have someone help them. I even go to movies alone, something I have never seen anybody else do. I never ask anybody for help for anything because I have done things alone so long it is rather beyond my comprehension to have someone help me for anything. If I were in a sinking boat and had access to a signal flare gun, I would likely not even think of launching flares to get help. I barely thought of it now because I concentrated of thinking about an event most people would call for help. It took awhile for me to even think of that. I inadvertently programmed myself to be extremely cautious of others and do all by myself. It is a rather frightening thought to be around others in a social, interpersonal way and try to make friends again.

@@romeodontmiss I rather live 12 hours shifted from everyone. When my region is asleep, I live and work. I see little, to nobody, for many nights. I am certain many suffering from aesthetic deficit syndrome have hidden into the shadows of living qne working in the night shifts. We do not need the, "beautiful," people to remind us we are ugly. We do not need the, "normals," to remind us that we suffer mental diseases. We do not need the, "herding," people to remind us we can not assimilate correctly and we do not belong. We are the ugly, mentally defective, reclusive, dwellers of the night. We do not even associate with each other. We have been injured enough by the, "beautiful people, the normals, and the herd members," to stay away from everyone in order to avoid being the subjects of cruel jokes and mockery. We have decided to accept our positions as the outcasts. Someone has to run the planet when the beautiful people, the normals, and the herd members, are sleeping. We, the rejected and shunned few do this. Apart from being ugly. I am also suffering schizophrenia and deep clinical depression. It really is best for me to stay away from others. Many are afraid of us with mental diseases, especially schizophrenia. It is less stressful to keep far away from the normals.
