I’ve had low testosterone since teenage years. I’m 43 now. Was on injections from 20 but found out it gave me zero sperm count. Stopped it for 5 years and some sperm has come back but classed as low sperm count. Because of all this, I never lived a young life. Always been old in a cosmetically youthful body.

There are some fluctuations while fapping but they usually return to normal within the hour, prolonged daily fapping probably does have some long term effects though

it's more of a correlation, if you fap often you lose motivation and discipline to do daily tasks which causes you to do things that might lower testosterone instead of the better habits, and prolactin increases after fapping which directly decreases libido for a while for the rest of the day. tldr it's more psychological

Yeah cumin is bad, in my country, they say to avoid consuming cumin if you're trying to get pregnant/trying to get someone pregnant. But if you meant cumming as in ejaculation, then yes; that is bad too, don't listen to those nerds on Google who say that it is healthy and natural, just cuz it's natural doesn't mean it's healthy. It reduces energy, makes you feel guilty, all men subconsciously feel guilty when they ejaculate and they don't even know why, it's our bodies reminding us that we shouldn't do it. Even in Islam, it is haram to ejaculate, and the only reason it's haram is cuz it's harmful, Quran doesn't explain why its haram, but recently scientists have been confirming many things that are haram to be harmful, for example; wearing gold for men lowers testosterone, in Quran that isn't mentioned, only thing that is mentioned is that it's haram for men to wear gold, and nobody questions it cuz that's what faith is all about.

Just tire yourself out whenever u get the urge to do it, I also was addicted, last time I did it was over a year ago. It's hard to not do it, try to distract yourself with the things you enjoy doing, but what worked the most effectively was tiring myself out by doing 1 set of pushups till failure, then take no rest and get to empty deep squats, I'd do around 200-250 reps of those and after that my legs would just give out. At that situation the last thing on your mind would be to fap😂

Bro is it true running long distance lowers t levels? I do not do a lot maybe 20 to 30 miles a week. I run for 30 min and then other days sprint. Then rest 1 or 2 days alongside with resistance training.

It does, it helps you lower stress. Stress = high cortisol = low testosterone.... Meditate = super low cortisol = higher testosterone = more muscle

Go to a nutrients calculator on Google/safari, it will ask your weight and height and stuff like that. Then it's gonna tell u how much calories you need to maintain your current shape, which u don't want rn, and go in a calorie deficit, meaning eat less calories than what the calculator tells you to. Cut off all junk food, they have sooo much calories it's crazy, one normal bag of chips has like 800 calories bare minimum. I'm 17, 5'8 and 73kg, and I'm currently on a calorie surplus, meaning eating more than I need to bulk and i eat 2500 calories a day, and a bag of chips is like 25% of it, and instead I eat foods with better nutrients Try to eat dinner like 2-3hrs before sleeping if it's a heavy meal. If your goal is to just lose fat then go on a calorie deficit and workout, but if u wanna gain muscle as you lose fat, then still be in a calorie deficit just try to eat more protein than carbs

Bro, 13 is too young to even be worried 😂😂, at 13 I was a beast, did really good in calisthenics and mma probably in best shape I have ever been (now im 17) But starting from there I kinda lost myself and from 14-15 I would fall under pretty much all of those categories, been over a year since I've gotten back on track tho, feeling better than ever. Advice: don't ever fap, it takes away your energy, just workout, eat healthy, one snack once a week shouldn't hurt to keep u motivated
