Im 56 yo and my T test 3 weeks ago was 756, "normal" range is 400-450. I have always been fit and healthy (I prefer lifting weights) and normally test in the high 400s. The biggest change this year has been I cut out endurance training, less alcohol, and now single bachelor (single men have higher T than men in relas). And I dont sleep good 4-6 hours but eat pretty good + healthy fats and meat + lots of sunshine for vit D. Good luck to all.

Not sure how is tests went but here is mine. I was curious about my levels, and at 44 it's currently 827. I have a full head of hair and no grey ones just yet. I do have high cholesterol though, and the doctor said to cut back on the red meat. I do eat at least 4 to 6 eggs everyday including the yolk. I have never smoked or drank alcohol my entire life. I have exercised (weights/running/sports/ etc) routinely throughout my life about 5 times a week consistantly. I have no kids and never been married so maybe that all plays a part as far as stress. I do wonder how much my testosterone will go down in the years to come. Side note: I am not the guy you see on my profile pic👍

Zinc DAA (and DHEA but I can't get it in the UK any more and shipping from US is now blocked!!) gives me a noticeable boost! Less than 5g DAA for me does nothing.. 5+g is good. I take L-arg for training and it gives me a boost. Ginseng I've never noticed any difference but maybe I used too small a dose or didn't take it regularly enough. Great video doc!

gosh I have to disagree that fasting increases GH for everyone (stuidies don't show this) and it is why ppl who do fasting/IF have lower thyroid/hormone function (feeling cold, loosing libido, depression). In Chinese Med the sweet flavor connects with the earth element (Spleen and stomach function). It is all about balance and no doubt folks can benefit from removing processed sugars and carbs, but natural sugars are absolutely essential.

This is only loosely related to the video, but something I've been wondering about which I've never seen discussed: What is the quality of body fat compared to dietary fat ? For example, I've been burning about a pound of fat a week using low-carb combined with overall caloric deficit (eating about 1500 calories, burning about 2000, numbers confirmed by careful tracking of inputs and weight loss over 3 months)....not that the answer will change anything I am doing, but is it safe to say that my body fat probably has a lot of vitamins dissolved within, and that get released as I burn it off ? And if so, can I refer to my own body fat as a healthy fat from a technical standpoint ?

Most things are spot on, except: 1. Organic food still uses pesticides, usually significantly more than it's traditional counterparts. 2. Organic pesticides have no safe established blood level, and have limited studies on the long-term impact to health. 3. While most soy products do indeed trigger the aromatization of testosterone into estrogen, two recent studies have shown that specifically soy isolates have a negligible impact on hormone balance.
