I've always regarded MBTI as a pseudoscience - more akin to astrology than something to place trust. People exist as individuals on a fluid spectrum of traits; you can't binarily group them together. It's also not accepted by the professional psychology community. If you want to do the test for fun, all the power to you! I wouldn't let it determine your life course, though. Just be you!

As an ENFP, I’ve been quite shocked by how many friends I have picked up along the way in life. I always have someone calling me or asking to hangout, and it’s so hard to say no to going to a party or experience. Because of this my social battery burns out so I NEED to be alone for a few days. I also realized as an ENFP that I tend to rely on how excellent my communication skills are that I can be quite lazy in certain aspects of life. In my head, I subconsciously believe that I will always be able to talk my way into anything, so it doesn’t take much work. This is a good and bad thing, because I need to stop procrastinating but I’m constantly enabled by getting what I want because of my charisma 😂

My wife, best friend and another of my friends are INFP's. They are really different since we tend to look at things with multiple angles as a system where we should intervene if need be while they are more like dreamers who watch things at a very personnal angle, one angle at a time. We look around us and take things in, they project their internal world on whatever's around. When you look at it our personalities are very different on key points, even though we have much in common with minor tendancies being major to the other and vice-versa. They also generally don't like to think our fluid all over the place way, they prefer to have a strong interior opinion even if it changes with their mood. However, remember that mbti is a tool that describes tendancies, not a guide. There are people out there trying to use it as a precise thing to reinforce sectarism these days...
@daynissh25503 жыл бұрын

I've found that as an ENFP, my friend groups are actually quite small. I usually only regularly interact with a few people. The people that simply like and respect me go far beyond that. Often beyond my expectations. I tend to realise this when I leave a job, club, or any other artificially large social group. People I don't talk to much will suddenly give their farewells and so forth. People that I don't know the names of will also know my name.

I'm not extroverted, well I barely talk to anyone 👁️👄👁️💧 I talk to myself but not out loud. My mind is my best friend coz I can talk to it. For example, I'm thinking about stuff, and then I create conversations and have vivid imaginations of amazing or bad scenarios happening. I could literally think I'm in that imaginative place of mine as if that scenario was alive. I don't talk to myself outloud, but I do smile, nod my head, do hand gestures, make weird noises to make myself laugh with my own mind (friend) lol Honestly, none of u might understand, but I talk to my mind like a person. It's honestly the best person I've met. I'm a really lonely person (LOL) so I could porposely (or accidentally) zone out in order to talk to my inner self. Lol, I hope this made u understand how my brain works.

Enthusiastic, charismatic, creative Charming, energetic, independent ✨The most imaginative type✨ 1) you want to deeply understand things and people 0:44 - your natural curiosity make you question things until you understand the underlying basics - when regarding people, you will try to create a safe space where people and yourself can show both their bright and dark side with an emphasis on honesty and authenticity rather than appropriateness 2) you are very creative 1:16 - one of the biggest signs that you are an ENFP is that you have an imaginative approach to prob solving - you actually like to confront challenges using them as opportunities to use your creativity and solve the problem through a unique and original way 3) you don’t express extreme opinions 1:57 - you would rather keep your mind open - you don’t like to express extreme opinions because you believe that you could be proven wrong at any time - you refuse to impose your beliefs on other people 4) very big social circle 2:24 - extroverted nature makes it easy for you to find new friends to add to your circle, especially over time - flexible approach to life and you can pretty much get along with anyone you meet - extroversion + flexibility = very likable person 5) you prioritize communication 2:56 - you will have excellent communication skills and you will know how to use them to engage in convos with people which makes you a very important person in social groups - you see communication as the best way to resolve conflicts building stronger relations 6) you are very persuasive 3:26 - your intuition and knowledge of what people need and want can be a very powerful tool when trying to convince people - you take pleasure in motivating people and bringing out the best in them 7) you hate doing repetitive tasks 3:48 - Are you someone who refuses to let your life turn into a routine day after day? - you will completely reject doing repetitive tasks as someone with constant knew ideas and thoughts -being a prisoner of repetitive tasks and daily routine can make you extremely depressed - facing challenges helps to develop your creative thinking and imagination As an ENFP… 4:20 - very open mind - assertive approach to life - flexible with how you treat different people - will always seek activities that will make you use your creative mind

ENFP here, love having the creativity and communication skills to come up with ideas and engage with others. But I sometimes lack the drive or focus to take my ideas/thoughts and produce them in to something tangible. It can be anxiety inducing especially around people who are becoming experts in field where they are producing something real. Add this anxiety with an unwanted routine, especially during COVID, there can be some rough days.

hiding the "like and subscribe" by adding it in a little visual interpretation of what you're explaining is GENIUS for someone like me who gets annoyed by someone directly nudging you to do it by trailing off the topic of the video to mention it. makes me feel like i actually wanna like and sub :3 very smart way to go about it!

As an ENFP, if I have interest in something, I will learn everything about it there is to learn until I get distracted by the next thing of interest. I will dive in head first and zone out completely. If I don’t see purpose or necessity in something, I will have a really hard time doing it. As a child I had a lot of trouble in school because of this. I always had to see a purpose or understand the reasons to learning something. I COULD NOT accept just being told what and how to do it. I was labeled as a „troublemaker“ even though I was a very friendly and nice child with good manners and moral. Later in MY CHOSEN career paths I was an overachiever and best of my class but the damage of childhood trauma was already done. I lost the trust in myself. Yesterday my wife brought up this personality test and my result was ENFP. As I started reading the descriptions and seeing videos I cried hard and a lot because it was like finally I saw me. After 25 years I finally understand and through therapy over the last few years have the emotional stability to embrace myself. To all the ENFPs and everybody else out there: You are good, you can heal, you can do this, you got this.
