I have this problem but i Don have any pain on my back but i can wall or stand more ghan62 minutes and start feeling pain on my calve and numbness on my toe what should i do? Thnx so much

These are great, thank you. I have c5 and c7 nerve compression and would love to see some exercises to help. I have weakness in my wrist /forearm, most notable when I try to lift a saucepan of water on the stove top. I need to swap hands or use my right hand for support. Thank you, I'm enjoying your videos.

I’m having severe pain! When I roll my hips fwd, there’s a TON of lower back pressure always. I tried the exercise w/ leg hanging off table and my lower back popped immediately. I’m going to do all these once pain is down but I can hardly walk. I’d rather be in labor w/ my kids than go through this!
