Instead of fighting the plastic wrap roll, re-use it. I have a piece about the size of w/c paper (9"x12") that I keep handy. When done, I just rinse it off and let it dry. I keep 2 or 3 piece by my desk. I scrunch it and can fit into a tiny space. I like your channel and doodle in my sketchbook in the AM when having my tea. Great way to start the day....with art!!! Thanks!

Loved the plant and who doesn't like glitter gel pens - so much fun. Definitely doing the plastic wrap tomorrow and I have some bubble wrap that would be a fun texture exercise. I think the plastic wrap might work better with only three complimentary colors, we'll see.

I think that was the missing key, if you will, in my paintings. That being just the freedom to do what comes to my mind. I’m always amazed at what comes out of the process of thinking and drawing.. When I go back over my painting journals I’m fascinated by a series of very dark harsh paintings in comparison to light and happy paintings and all the “in betweens”. It is like the interbeing expressing an emotion.

One thing I love the most using watercolors is their overlapping, creating beautiful and interesting patterns. First one reminds me of a map at some points, idea just popped up in my head for recreating an old painting of mine with this method.. 4:02 argh I hate when that happens 😑 My favourite is idea with 🌈circles and flower and one with the leaves. Btw love your nails color 😍

Yes! You definitely inspire me. I've been working in my art journal everyday and am having such fun! I love the circles too and paint this to turn into ornaments on Christmas cards. I sprinkle a little silver and gold with pens and definitely use different glitter gel pens because who doesn't like shiny at the holidays!😄😁

Not sure if anyone else has said or saw in the 1st exercise at the bottom left of the page. I saw clear as day a cats head, just turn the page one quatre to the left, it may make it easier to see. Love ypur ideas and like it will get me more confident with my watercolours ❤

Where do you get it blown up to such a large size, how much does it cost and how much does a frame cost?

That you would have to check with your local print shop and framers. You can get an idea of how much canvas prints are on Shutterfly

Hi! For mock ups I just use Smartist App. For real enlarged prints I take a really good image of my artwork and I have it reproduced with professional printers on canvas

Well I would lean into their “hate” and see what happens with that… if you see the first pages of the sketchbook I’m using now to develop my next paintings you would think someone who’s never held a brush painted them! Lean into the disaster; “ruin” a few pages, and something will start to take form!

You should have some scissors nearby, so you can cut the saran wrap easier and quicker. Better luck in the future. 😅
