I'm at the stage of my life where I am transitioning into my better self, I have going through a mental reset, I came across your videos that talked about porn and it was so enlightening, now watching this video made me really I made the right choice following you, this was so educative thank you!

How come there are only 58k subscribers?! This worth millions. I would chip in "Looking after yourself" if it is even a skill. Liking your exterior boosts self-esteem and gets you trust your interior more. Hopefully that's clear 😅

Much appreciated. Channel is growing a ton, so hopefully it reaches more men soon.

Thanks for the content. Number one is currently the area I would like to develop most. Dealing with information overload, misinformation and other people’s narratives is very challenging.

I would add an eight one: learn as much as you can about women. How they think, react, grow. The challenges they face in childhood, puberty and adulthood. How they think and communicate. How they chose a mate and what they value and expect from men. There are excelent books and podcasts about, we can benefit from a knowledge as our ancestors never had. It's more useful than making fire with sticks in the woods, man!

I am so glad I found your channel, man. Besides the late great Kevin Samuels, your channel is so educational and powerful for men in a world that seemingly continuously try to turn us against our nature. I love the way you breakdown topics and the fact that tour approach feels more like a chat between friends than a formal discourse. I especially like that you give practical examples and recommend books. Keep putting out content, my friend. As more people discover this, it’ll take off like never before. More life!

I tried checking my wife's explanations(ie give a summary and ask whether thats correct), but generally that just fires up her anxiety even more. Any kind of question to ask for clarity usually does that, which lead me to believe she's either trying to put incoherent feelings into words or doesnt really know and needs somebody to bounce ideas off of...while im trying to understand wth is going on.

Excellent content, this needs to be a part of school curriculum, a bit more focus on Emotional Regulation / Control would help. I am glad to see that am doing most of these... Thank you for your efforts

Media are very biased. Both left and right media. Sometimes they'll give you the facts and tell you what you should think of them, sometimes they'll be spouting nonsense as if those were facts... Both can happen. Take what you hear with a grain of salt, I agree 100%.

#4 is a great rule but, TBH, I'm simply tired to death of trying to communicate with people. I'm much quieter, as I turn 63, and stay in my rented room. The less I have to do with humans the better.
@ManTalks2 жыл бұрын
I agree that it can be very difficult to communicate with people at the moment. As a society we don't really know how to respectfully disagree with each other anymore.
@CaptainYaadie11 ай бұрын
Today’s society doesn’t appreciate regulation as much as you’d think. With my ex, if she said something to me that was triggering I wouldn’t respond immediately so I’d avoid saying something crazy. She used to take that as a reaction in itself and think I’d just be ignoring her, no winning in that regard!
