Pretty great video. I don't drink, but this applies to any aspect of life, including gaming, social media and phone addiction, as well as bingewatching Netflix. I know I'm guilty of relying on instant non-effort pleasure. This deserves more views!

The human society is being re-engineered. The natural body is no longer sacred, the consumption economies require unlimited access to our tastes, likes and feelings.

This can be applied to SO MUCH MORE than just drinking! Please keep up on your videos, you're awesome and are changing my life. I do get the tears from what you say, but they are tears of TRUTH. I love them. They make me realize just how much I lie to myself, and what I need to make the changes that will help me break my horrid habit of wanting to be numb from my existence.

I loved your view on video games, you don't hate them for some child minded reason," In retrospect" You understand the consequences attached to the value of time!... Something I am learning from people like yourself thank you!!!
