1. Understanding (action, nurturing, giving, leaning forward, thinking/figuring things out is masculine energy this is doing. feeling emotions, experiencing, leaning back, recieving, melting, feeling soft is feminine energy this is being.) energy exchange: can’t be with masculine unless with a feminine energy. can’t be with feminine energy unless with a masculine energy. strong: trusting, believing, grounded, powerful, self esteem. Strong core. Surrender on outside: Stance (defenses, walks, hiding parts of self, not being vulnerable, not letting him see you insecure, acting like we are together when you feel desperate, needy, insecure, scared. ) Strong surrender is taking walks down and allowing vulnerability. He can feel it. Instead of being strong on outside and mushy on inside. Switch it be mushy on outside and strong on inside. *4 rules* 1. Don’t try to control him/tell him what to do 2. Don’t try to control the outcome/don’t push your agenda 3. Don’t criticize him/judge him/advise him/warn him/coax him/make innocent suggestions/ask him innocent questions/or try to change him. He is the way he is. Whatever he is that’s how he is. 4. Learn to take no for an answer. What to do when he comes back and you have all these feelings: Being in a relationship is dancing. Getting Triggered: Vulnerability Trust Develop self If nobody shows you who they are nothing happens Tool: Say I feel in every convo with ppl Power: Circular dating when your not exclusive: Dating many guys all at the same time. When dating: You flirt with guys. How to negotiate: 1. feeling 2. switch between boy and girls 3. having respect 4. letting go of control

Everything Rori says is true. I had 2 marriage proposals with men that would communicate with me on and off. They would pull I. And then disappear. But each time they would contact me I always smiled and e as happy you are spoke to them like nothing. I never once questioned or asked about a future. And to my surprise this man fell In love with me. The guy I do like I’m trying so hard to get him and this does not work. I have to act the same with all men just friendly convo keep talking to different men so that we don’t act needy

All these tips might work great for a woman who was over functioning but if you were not doing any of those things and he’s STILL not moving towards you when he KNOWS that you want him to step up and pursue you , they won’t really help . I guess the easy answer for my situation is that he’s not interested enough so to move on . But of course easier said than done.
