1. Honesty - give it to them. Hard truths. 2. Challenge them to dream even bigger 3. Depth - to help them deeply understand why they are and how they show up 4. Not trying to impress them - be transparent & vulnerable. Don’t try to look good. 5. Legacy - showing them the difference they’re meant to make 6. Personal relationships- help them with that 7. Be someone they can trust & be vulnerable with by you being in your leadership and vulnerability

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and wisdom to guide us. I have been coaching for less than a year but I have tried to incorporate these 7 categories in my coaching. But I don’t have paying clients yet bc I have decided to do probonal before. Now I’m in delema. I need to balance coaching and business. Can you please guide me on this. Thank you so much for your wise advice 🙏🙏

I practice all of these. With my clients. Honesty piece having someone that speaks truth was something I craved when surrounded by my team. Were most just told me what I wanted to hear. I remember that feeling. Challenge is huge helping them see the ways they aren't living into their values is big one for my work. Frankly ALL OF THESE MATTER to highly sucessfull driven and passionate visionaries. .
