It's sad... I would like to start a relationship with Amex, but I don't trust them... I've seen too many crazy stories on KZbin and within discussion forums. I know they have great products, but I don't like feeling like they are out to get me 😅

I had a $25 return payment because for the first time I tried to make payment from my Amex savings account and for some reason it didn't go thru. Now I have this crazy banner on my account 😢

For me, I had the blue business cash and then within two weeks or so I closed it after it was first opened and they told me it could be not be reopened. I spoke to at least two different reps, and they told me the same thing.
