Nice vid. Ideas: -I've heard that some think vegans need more protein than non-veg athletes. How should vegs set up macros? -Is it possible to set up a veg bodybuilding diet plan without protein powders? -Vegan meal plans have several smackdown advantages... like food safety, health, and less cruelty. Are there others? -Gym clothes. Polyester may be vegan, but is it good for the plants, animals, and people that live on the planet? Are there alternatives to minimize this? -What are the realities of training results as a vegan during each decade of life?

Video ideas: -Weekly vlogs. Doesn’t have to be vegan focused or mega exciting adventures. Just following your daily life and routine so that we can get to know you better. -Basic exercises for beginner weight training/bulking -High protein cheat meal recipes -How to save money on a plant based diet -Gym wear recommendations -Collabs with other content creators -Fitness challenge videos

It's pretty amazing that all of these ideas translate extremely well into so many other areas of life!! - Mental health, nutrition and recovery affect literally everything else we do - Focusing on making a good habit process-based and into a lifestyle rather than a one-off battle is absolutely a key point - And of course, having a personalized plan, while mostly comparing yourself to your past self is solid advice as well Thanks, Nimai, this was a great video! Also, the style was nice and the flow felt very chill! P.S.: I don't believe that you just revealed our secret, man.. I mean, using the ****** to then ****** while ******** and ****** is such an obvious way to succeed. Not even Arnold thought of utilizing the ******** with the ancient and almost lost technique of ******* in order to upgrade the ******** in a matter of months instead of years. Incredible.

Great new video concept - I can see you guys are working hard at this. Careful of sound quality - it comes and goes, especially towards the end of the video. Other than sound issues, nothing to comment but positive stuff! Love from South Africa - been following you since I went vegan 7 years ago, and love you more with every bit of content I get to see from you X

Do you generally consume around 1.6g of protein per kg of your bodyweight since that's what seems to be the upper limit of what's useful?
