I eat like you do. I have been vegan for 5 years. I get more than my body weight in protein. I work out push ups chin ups and pull up. Different variations. However, I am STILLL SKINNY. So skinny. Too skinny. And I was even smaller when I was eating meat like chicken and steaks🤮

I’m feeling called to a more plant based diet lately. If anyone in the comment section could tell me other sources of protein besides tofu and protein shakes that would be most appreciated. I’m trying to figure out some varieties of protein rich things to eat for dinner so it doesn’t get redundant.

nice gym! question: did you bolt down the functional trainer or just added front feet? 9:00

@@zoctopus I just added the front feet and it works great.

False. We’ve all gained a majority of our mass after going vegan.

I do amaranth and buckwheat because it’s better for the gut microbiome and has more protein. It’s just different texture and takes more time than rolled oats.

That last is literally 100% true. You cannot lie and tell me you people don't everyday, while begging and pleading for everyone to just try it and see if you'll like it and taste. In yes alot of vegans karens and kevin's, especially women are weak and squeamish, maybe not physically, but mentally they are, which is why alot of them can't compete with the women who eat the while food group pyramid of foods and also meat as well. In also why they also look better, smell better and taste better and have better bodies and curves and curvy figures and more men would much rather be with them instead of vegan women. Alot of them are annoying, they can't satisfy every man wants and kinks and desires to wanna do naughty things in private. This is also probably another reason why they are making ai robot dolls for mostly men and also for women (but its small % of women, let's go with 1% of women, biology born heterosexual women), they have bodies and figures that vegan women will never have. I could keep going, but the white privilege female and toothpick asian vegan proves me right everyday with their actions and words. In if you wanna go war, be prepared for what you guys ask for. Because your in america you scared vegan f boi, dealing with street gangs like the bloods and crips, which none of you have no solutions to and how to stop it.

Awesome gym, the fact that you have Rep Ares 2.0 tells me that you did a lot of research. Phenomenal equipment and I like the ambience of the gum with the lights in the mirror and stuff. Beautiful stuff

@ I’ve seen it. Looks like the tv cart they use to wheel in for movie days in school. 😂 The walk in stand looks better but doesn’t get released until 2Q. But the original design was better but they changed it up. I personally went with the black widow. But sick gym.

Great gym! PR-5000, the Rep x Pepin dumbbells and the Blackwing bench are top of the range. I've never seen the Ares 2.0 and the PR-5000 separately and it looks nice! You get much more functionality with the Ares rather than the more common combo of rack and functional trainer or Adonis (a lat pull down, low row, with one functional trainer). Regardless of weight though, for viewers watching please please please don't bench alone without safety spotters. People have died in their home gyms and people will watch and try save a couple hundred dollars by skipping safeties. Would recommend watching Basement Brandon, Gluck's Gym, Garage Gym reviews among others for those looking to do more research into home gym equipment. The PR-5000 has 1' hole spaces which means lots of attachments can work with it. Rep also make a cheaper model PR-4000 with 5/8 hole spaces and again there are lots of cheaper attachments for racks with 5/8 hole spacing. Fab stuff once again!
