So true the confidence does dip once you watch a video. I watched 7 hrs of your video course on SA and the maths part threw me so I took a day off but spent some of the day researching looking at properties for rent.I would be over the moon to get one SA property under my belt before the end of the year.I feel once youbr got your first one and learn from it it will get easier to then find a second etc really appreciate all the work you have put in your course.

Can you give an example of how your 11 hour course is a map not a sat nav? What are some details you couldn’t squeeze in?

A map provides general information regarding the pathways to a destination. A sat nav however may have live data on traffic, road closures and weather warnings. In the same way, the course will likely provide you a "general" pathway to the desired property investment strategy with steps. HOWEVER the course is unlikely to answer your burning questions specific to YOUR journey for example, it is unlikely to fully answer a question regarding a specific type of property you are interested in, in a specific unfamiliar area of the UK with your budget and life constraints. That's my take on it.

That's like saying is there halal KZbin? Not really. Possible ones: Rent to rent/ lease Form consortium and buy cash or buy cash if you have the money Invest your cash in stocks shares etc. Invest in halal investment funds

It defeats the purpose if you use halal mortgage, I've got 2 buy to let's with Al Rayan, they no longer do it. Gatehouse do it at the moment, but the rates are high. I'm lucky I fixed for 5 years my ones with Al Rayan, rest of my properties are all cash purchases. Investing wise stick to maximising your ISA in a ISA stock and share, use Halal Index funds. Once you've raised significant capital you can go in to flipping, learn basic trades on KZbin, I do bits myself. I live in the NE England, so able to buy cash, refurb and rent, plus my salary is very good Alhamdulillah, so I don't need to take money out, I out more money in each year and the rebt snowballs to buy more properties.
