Great points all throughout. The lower Strength for handheld + higher Strength for wheels is really great note.

Hi Chris, great video! Can you make video about footwork working with gimbal in handheld mode, how to reduce jumping up and down camera.
@chrisherr7 ай бұрын
Absolutely, I’ll touch on that in a future upload

I rented a ronin 2 earlier this month for the first time and it was so much more difficult to use than the RS series gimbals. Changing the settings were so different and not having a joystick on the gimbal was strange. It was however nice to be able to balance a heavy setup with no counter weights and no struggle from the motors

What‘s a good strength setting for working with the Force Pro? Same as for the wheels? Really nice video! Thanks!
@chrisherr2 ай бұрын
With the force pro on a fluid head I keep the strength up, if I'm hand holding it I'll drop it down a bit just because it can pick up too many of the little micro jitters. But if you want those jitters then keep the strength up. It sort of acts like smoothing when you lower strength.

Hi Chris, Is the internal receiver reliable and how far can it connect? Thanks
@bobh17827 ай бұрын
hey Chris, what's the reason you went from Movi to Ronin? the payload? cheers!
@chrisherr7 ай бұрын
I fly the same weight on both but the ronin has more power reserves to do quicker moves. I got boxed in with the MoVI too many times when asked to do quick pans.

Thanks. Bit far for a day trip. I absolutely CANNOT get the Master Wheels to bind to my Ronin2. DJI is no help. I’m thinking of buying the Transmission but I’m really tired of spending money and not having the system perform. Thanks again
@chrisherr7 ай бұрын
@@walkrshaw7244 I've never had a problem binding. Have you tried binding to the internal receiver and the external receiver? Try moving the master wheels further away from the Ronin.
@walkrshaw72447 ай бұрын
@@chrisherr it worked once with the internal once. I will try moving it away
