I have opposite. I get my period every single day when I dont exercise and eat healthy regularly. Hormone regulation is so important! We all suffer as women unfortunately in this area at times :/. Ughhh. Thankyou for your informative post .

Yes!!! I have struggled badly with hormonal acne since I was 16. I started having Chinese/natural medicine treatments which included acupuncture. It’s literally the only thing that lead to my skin healing and my anxiety lessening AND brought back my period!! I was cleaning my face, eating healthy but nothing worked. ONLY ACUPUNCTURE!!! ❤️🙌🏻

Can you have hormonal imbalances if you have your period? No matter how healthy I eat and how much I workout I don't seem to lose any weight and I still get acne but I don't really eat processed foods etc. I'm considering getting a blood test to test my hormones but is that a good enough test?

Cait Hill sometimes blood tests can show that you’re still technically ‘healthy’ but won’t show the underlying issue. If you’ve got a good gp maybe talk it over with them, if not maybe check out some naturopaths around that can help out. It sounds like you might have some Estrogen Dominance issues- are you doing alright with energy levels and PMS? Another underlying cause can be some adrenal fatigue problems- check out Dr Lam adrenal fatigue recovery online or Butter nutrition. Both those blogs are informative and helpful if you need some extra info about testing. Hope this helps! Good luck with your health journey x

You could have a numerous amount of issues. I’m not sure If you have seen a provider yet but yes blood work will help determine what could be the cause of your complaints - eg. TSH, T3, Vit D, metabolic etc. good luck
