Symptoms: 1. Breakout 2. Trouble sleeping 3. Difficult to lose weight 4. Fatigue/anxiety 5. Sugar cravings Tip: Decrease sugar intake because sugar raises cortisol leading to bad quality of sleep - Don't have a fail-safe food (look at the amount of sugar - added sugar - in that food!) and stay away from packaged food. If it's a necessary: eat nuts and dried fruit. - Stay away from sugar in your breakfast - Eat until you're SATIATED

New to this channel. So happy to see a nutritionist talking about nutrition! haha. I started intermittent fasting 3 years ago when there wasn't that much nutrition Information out there. I did lose 50 lbs and was so happy. but I see now that even tho I thought i was eating right... I wasn't! I'm 4 months postpartum and have gained 40 lbs. I have been trying to lose this baby weight but it's been a struggle. I definitely think my hormones are alllll over the place. And as a new mom i haven't had a full night sleep in 4 months so that doesn't help. But I'm willing to do the work to live a happy healthy life! thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Thank you, Autumn. I am 41 quickly approaching 42 in a couple days. I have struggled with my weight often on, and I think a lot of it has to do with the stressful jobs that I’ve had. In the past I have a new career stresses still come, but they’re not as intense as they used to be. I’m starting everything over again I’m going to buy your detox kit. If you have any other tips or suggestions as you learn about them when it comes to hormone balance and aging women, please share you are definitely my go to when it comes to this and I tell everyone about you.

Hi Autumn, great videos, thank you for sharing. This might be a dumb question but…I’m an athlete and I noticed that it’s been hard to lose weight around my tummy area even after all the training I do. In the morning I fuel myself with a tablespoon of honey for carb supply and cottage cheese for protein and fats. After watching this video it’s making me think that the honey isn’t necessarily a great start for the morning. It is unfiltered, local, and raw there’s no label on it. Any thoughts?

Hey Autumn- really like your content! Question- do you think balancing your hormones is the same for age groups over 40? Or people with thyroid issues? Or gallbladder removed? I tried going the keto diet minus dairy and it was rough. It was great at first but I just don’t think I could absorb the fat well. I hear a lot of mixed messages surrounding age and Just curious if maybe balancing is the same and I just need to tweak my eating habits still.

It's true, have definitely found myself wanting sweets for the first time ever -because of emotionally depressive states = chronic stress. Apart from that I've always struggled with not getting enough food during the day and therefore sleeping horribly. Since the emotionally low times and sugar eating I've gained a fair amount of weight and no exercise has helped, I even had a personal trainer for three months, made me stronger but I was always starving and didnt lose any weight. Anyways, eating just nuts as a snack at those low sugar moments leaves me feeling slightly sick/nauseous. Any other suggestions?

Just adorable! You are passionate and it shows. This is why you speak so fast. Nonetheless your information is so appropriate. I am extremely careful with what I eat for breakfast. An advertised breakfast is in fact a desert. A real breakfast is usually what most people will eat for diner. The word breakfast is really “breaking your fast” so it extremely important not to eat sugar at that time yet the cereals sold in boxes are full of sugar. No wonder why we are hungry all day as we have not eaten real food for breakfast. Eating until you don’t feel hungry is virtually impossible when you eat sugar and this is the problem. You will explode before feeling that you ate enough and this likely why the doctors remove the stomach of the obese that cannot control themselves with their sugar intake. Doctors should treat primarily the cause of obesity and not the obesity itself as obesity treated as a sickness is terminal and you will die from it but treated as a symptom and working on the cause obesity is curable. Thank you for this nice video. 👍👍👍

What do you think about fruit for breakfast Autumn?
@laurahaack92485 жыл бұрын
Peanut butter is my fail safe.. I use the unsweetened organic natural Smuckers and add coconut oil for a little sweetness. Is this bad for me? I can't lose my tummy fat and I crave sugar alll the time, but I don't give into the cravings besides having peanut butter. I have recently changed my diet to Keto to try and help and maybe see if the carbs were causing my bloat and lack of ability to lose the tummy, but I don't see to big of a difference. Let me know if you have any advice please!

One thing that helps with sugar cravings is drinking an apple cider vinegar drink. Another thing I did that works for me is I traded all processed sugar for natural sugar, such as fruit. Then I slowly stopped that by incorporating apple cider vinegar drinks instead.

I've stopped eating healthy before to normalise my poop. but every time i go back to eating healthy (fruit nut seed meat eggs) i get diarrhea i want to be healthy but i feel like this isn't a good thing ! idk what to do about it. i stopped going vegan in the past because i thought it gave me diarrhea.
@mirandaosmelak4805 жыл бұрын
What do you consider healthy:)? Start using chronometer and make sure you eat only as much as a recommended intake of fiber. Too much fiber is not healthy and this may be why vegan diet made you ill. Also you may have a sensitivity to some food you consider healthy (eggs, peanuts, milk). Make one change in your diet at the time and see what happens, maybe you can narrow it down. But maybe you need to consult a proper nutritionist:)!
@mirandaosmelak4805 жыл бұрын
You can then after a while slowly add more and more fiber (your body will adjust) but don't exceed about 50g (this will be different for different people)
