All good. But about stock market I am not agree. If you do anything without knowledge then obviously anyone will be in trouble even that is in real estate as well. Stock market is not the place for gambling. People make that gambling. If you think you want to own that company like your home , your business then only one should go to stock. If anyone hold one good fundamental stock for 10 years then no other investment can touch even that share return.
