OMG that's horrible to hear. Yeah movement is so important. I was honestly feeling pretty bad at the start of this year. Never felt like eating. My sleep was horrible. I just felt so bad. Even just a little bit of movement goes a long way.

That’s honestly the hardest part honestly. The only pass I really get is my wife will watch them when I’m recording KZbin videos. But other than that it’s the number one distraction. But a welcome one. ❤️
