Story 3: You NEVER take a shot without SOLID ID of both your target as well as what’s behind it. This is one of the fundamental rules of hunting. Having said that, most hunters don’t encounter a naked meth woman wearing ANTLERS in the middle of the woods.

I'm not a hunter, but wouldn't taking a bunch of practice shots in the woods scare the deer away?
@Bruce9915 жыл бұрын
It depends on the environment. If these guys were in a place where it's common to hear gunshots in the woods, the deer would be used to it. The deer also run away from the shots not the hunter. So if you shot 2kms north, chances are you will find the deer further south. Deer will run and hide in the bush. They won't keep running, so even if you shoot, they might not run very far. I shot a moose in front of another moose. The moose that lived didn't even run away. I had to scare it off so it wouldn't kick me once I started gutting the dead one.

To the guy in story #3: Even in the worst case, that was just an involuntary manslaughter. In most states, the statute for limitations for such a thing is two years on average. If that time has passed, the cops will never molest you with this case even if they knew with evidence and it is likely civil suit for wrongful death will be impossible too. It is possible they will never find the remains of that antler wearing weirdo and she will remain a missing persons case. Even if there is still enough of the corpse left for examinations and they find her before total decay, they will never find the shooter was you if they don't get the gun the act was done with in their hands. My advice: just keep quiet and nothing will ever happen. However, choose someone else than your brother in law for partner if you still wish to go hunting. He seems like a worthless companion and a bad hunter even if he was not murderous against you.

@18:00 Something is up with that story. He mentioned that the sights almost hit him because he was too close. Fair enough, but that only happens with a scope. Moments later he says he was aligning the front and rear sights - that's only done with iron sights. There is no front and rear alignment to worry about with a scope. One could suppose that he initially shot a rifle with a scope and then the second one didn't have a scope, but the shooting styles are different to the point that all his earlier practice wouldn't do anything when he switched to the differently sighted gun.

Chai Soua Vang, had some mental problems He was estranged from his own family for threatening them with a gun and even nearly killed his second wife by choking her to death. This is a man who had violent outbursts throughout his history. But hey it was just an incidence. This man was a certified sharpshooter and six-year National Guard veteran, and killed these people in cold blood because they told him he couldn't be on their land. He opened fire by first shooting the group’s only armed hunter. He then shot three where they sat or crouched, chased down a father and adult son who fled, and ambushed a young nurse and her driver from behind as they rode unarmed on an ATV to render aid. Of the dead, Vang shot four in the back and two in the side, executing three with follow-up shots but hey it was just an incidence and not cold-blooded murder by an violent unstable demand. I guess you probably also believe that these people deserve to die because they might have been racist so racism marks you for death.

@torrinashley60765 жыл бұрын
@@Baba_booey1023 Hey, man I never said I disagreed or agreed. But that's how the system works usually. The driver would have the normal response of at least hitting the breaks. The driver also has the responsibility of looking what's around them so the possibility of hitting someone is eliminated.
@Baba_booey10235 жыл бұрын
Torrin Ashley I’m talking about being on an Interstate highway where people aren’t allowed to be. I didn’t mean like a place where there’s sidewalks etc etc. because if that story is true again good chance it’s not and one of the things that makes me think it’s not. Is that no real hunter would shoot his gun a bunch of times in front of the woods where they were going to hunt. It’s a good story but it’s pretty sketchy if it’s real or not. But I meant the highway analogy to be as absurd as seeing someone wearing deer antlers in the woods ya know? I don’t think any cop would blame someone for it.

In that second story where the guy shot the woman in the woods. They should of called the police because it was clearly a accident. I mean the woman was wearing antlers in the woods during hunting season ? It isnt their fault, but it's too late to report it now if they did now they might get in trouble because they would think they were covering up the crime. But they really should have said something that day. I'm sure they would not have got any jail time.
