the last fact with the tide is not really true.while the water lifts you up it doesnt pull you in. what makes you sink in the water is the slope you land on since you have momentom when being lowerd from the water and slide down that slope. you also slide down the lower stairs when standing still

That boat stopping one is real handy. Until a world save completely unseats you and your friends out of the longship and just let's it sail off into the distance. 😂 Great times getting that back on track.

Smell totally affects sneaking are you crazy? My testing showed a clear extra 5-6 steps of detection if i approached a deer from upwind as opposed to downind. I admit, all my testing was on deer, but what testing did you do? I'm curious, this was really noticeable to me as I got through early game with a flint knife and sneak.

Small nitpick but Valheim has waves (And damn are they good waves) but not tides. The base water level stays the same all day not going up and down with the rise and fall of a moon or with day and night cycles. Getting pulled out with waves is neat, but more a side effect of the sloped ground and not a tidal pull and it stops as soon as your just floating.

Please notice that boats won't stop if you leave them in multiplayer. A friend I know died a lot of times because of this ;-)
