I appreciate your attention to detail in terms of making the meat dishes align with the animal versions. Centuries of attention has been placed on perfecting those dishes, so to stray away from it would be counterproductive as a whole. I've been looking for a comparative experience to a beef burger, so your recommendation/preparation of the mushroom-based burger is just what people want. Nobody stops eating animal products because they don't like the taste/experience... They do so for a myriad of other reasons, so I appreciate your nuanced approach.
