Thanks, Lucy. I read books out loud that are interesting to me. This is really helpful for reading and speaking skills at the same time. I found that is the best technique for intermediate and advanced learners.

You didn't mention scanning instead of using a pen to read quickly. Scanning or reading for detail is really helpful in reading tasks. Thank you for the tips, Lucy!
