one tip that really helped me is consistency in my sleep. I was ok with anywhere between 7-9 hours of sleep (didn't matter) but If i got up and went to bed at the same time during the week I would always feel so good during the day

People you came here because you have a problem you need to solve. He looks like he has a lot of energy and talks a certain way because that’s who he is and that’s what makes him unique. Instead of taking notes and realizing this is beneficial, your literally staying the same if not worse because your making fun of someone who literally looks like a genuine good guy that wants to better others because obviously he’s doing good for himself! Haters will hate 🤦‍♂️

It is helpful to tell people the signs of low dopamine: procrastination, ejaculation and delayed ejaculation, drowsiness and preoccupation with sleep, inability to repeat things and a general dislike for repetition, high self esteem as in Dunning-Kruger effect, lack of remorse and guilt, depersonalization, sleeping more than six hours, having trouble waking up, waking up at different moments each day, identity fluctuations, happiness about the past

really high self esteem?? sleeping more than 6 hours? I seriously question that one since 7-9 hours is normal for most
@leosousa7404
@leosousa7404 8 жыл бұрын
Try some modafinil and see how much you sleep. Sleeping 10 hours correlates with a higher mortality than sleeping 8 hours, sleeping 8 hours correlates with a higher mortality than sleeping 6 hours. Mortality correlates with depression, and what you probably don't know is what depression is clinically: high self esteem, psychological pain from doing simple daily choirs, classical bipolar behaviour, lack of attention, lack of interest in school/work. People are used to base their knowledge on what they hear on TV, but these are usually loose and simplified popsci statements focusing on the dysphoric phase of the bipolar behaviour depressed individuals exhibit. For example, you can observe a strong correlation with depression and the so called "Positive Thinking"/"New Age" movement. These ideologies are about focusing on the good things that already happened, creativity etc. What is not addressed is that the correlation has all factors to define a causation, as in if you remove this Positive Thinking/New Age/Hippie mindsets, depression symptoms go away.
@donkeybus
@donkeybus 8 жыл бұрын
"clinical" definitions of psychiatric syndromes are not precise and change often, mostly because psychiatry is not nearly as clear as most think.... they're still discovering new neurotransmitters. I would love to see some sources for your claims, not saying you're wrong, but I'm skeptical. Depression and morality may be related, but I'm highly doubtful it's as simple as you say

Thanks for sharing man, God bless you. This may sound strange but I would like to add that The apostle Paul gives a recipe for a peace that comes from God that passes all understanding. It is found towards the end of Chapter for of the book of Philippians: " Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice. 5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you." Also the prophet Isaiah said He will keep him in perfect peace those whose minds are stayed upon God. "3You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. 4Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD GOD is an everlasting rock." - Isaiah 26:3-4. Hope this adds some more good stuff to the things you shared

Keep up the good work!! Don't stop! Potential is design and custom fit for purpose. If you are truly wanting to change your life, it is important to be around people with a similar mindset. A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes. It is a catalyst, and it sparks extraordinary results.

It's also dopamine. But a horrible way to increase dopamine temporarily. I've smoked weed everyday for years, and quit months ago, but i still fall for the temptation of quick instant dopamine stimulation every once in a while. Don't smoke weed y'all

Guys , smoking weed depends on how you live your life.....Obviously , if you have school or studying...Its not good for you to smoke weed all the time... You will definetly have memory problems and just less motivation , but for me weed has benefited in SO many ways , I would choose myself to have short-term memory problems than to have tourettes all day , depression , also I have Psoriatic Arthritis , high blood sugar levels , and sometimes severe OCD. I light up small joint maybe 3-4 times in a week , and when I do Medicate , I only do it at night , before sleep. Look weed is a drug as every drug including Alcohol out there , but I would choose smoking little weed here and there before bad , rather than drinking alcohol all the time , its really bad for your body , plus it can cause various cancers , and yes it severly destroys brain cells ! Dont take me wrong , I used to smoke weed everyday , no real side effects , but all I got to say , its not so good for your mind :( . Herb is tottaly fine , in moderation and enjoyment guys !!! Unfortunatly , there is very thin line beetween moderation and addiction... About weed being gateway drug , purerly depends on person and his mental state. Peace and love guys ! ❤❤❤🔛✌
