I ordered both the chunkier combat boots and old school soft leather doc martens. Of course I chose the docs. I have a more casual look. So excited to style them. I like the way you always offer options for any budget! I bought 2 pairs of “ combat boots” last year. I’m just south of 60 so chunky boots are not for me but I searched to find boots that fit my style. I bought a gorgeous pair by Chanel and a lower embellished edgier style by Jimmy Choo. They are not trendy but I feel up to date. Thank you for always looking out for us older fashionistas 😜

Hi Heather What a wonderful video. I had purchased a pair of combat boots during the NSALE and was thinking of different ways to style them. Mine have a chunky heel as well. I'm happy you had one look with a skirt. I see this trend so often but every time I try it I end up not wearing it. I think my mistake was not pairing it with a body-hugging skirt. My favorite look is with the army green jacket. I purchased the same one earlier this year when you did your video on this trend. I agree with you, I love you can cinch your waist. I'm smaller on top than the bottom and sometimes jackets/blazers can swallow me and make me look boxy. Enjoy today!

Heather do the sleeves fitvyou on all these jackets, or are y9u having them tailored. I don't buy jackets because I've never been able to find a good, easy, affordable tailor. Can the puffer jacket even be tailored?
