That is what drives them mad. My calmness. It took time for me to learn to be calm.

Your videos are very insightful and invaluable. BTW , showing empathy to narcissists often backfires. It fuels their negative traits a bit more. I, almost always had a bitter experience about it.

Thank you for your kind words! You're absolutely right-empathy can sometimes enable narcissistic behaviors if boundaries aren't firmly set. It's a tough balance, but protecting your well-being is always the priority. 💡

Showing them empathy only tells them they are being successful in manipulating you! Immediately counter their attempt with setting your boundries: be firm! Calmly/ firmly say; "That is not what I'm a about!" But I respect your opinion, even though I don't choose that way for myself! Can we have a two way conversation about my views on that? : what works best for me! If they are unwilling to consider your point of view; they don't have honesty or fairness in mind (or true friendship !) (or open to learning another opinion! )

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. Remember, you’re not alone, and there’s always a way forward. Focus on building your strength, setting boundaries, and seeking support when needed. You deserve peace and freedom-don’t lose sight of that. Stay strong. ❤️

Untrap yourself! Get your own money in your own account ( that’s a biggie) example: I literally had to write receipts of my portion (and no more towards bills) read my other longer comment 😊
