Can you store the box vertically with the insert, or is there too much space for tokens to move around?

There's not much space, but if the box lid moves a bit the tokens will go everywhere - I've got one little section of horizontal games now for the ones with inserts to be on the safe side :)

Will it hold all the expansions: Cities, leaders, Babel, Armada, and extra Wonderbords

I believe it holds all but the latest Armada, but you could shoot them a message on Kickstarter to be sure :)
