Would you be kind enough to help me resolve this issue at hand when I want to create Local Computer Policies and User Policies in server 2016. After doing everything when I hit netplwiz I'm given options to choose and when I select the required one, I get this "the computer server is a domain controller and cannot be used on a domain controller. how can i resolve this issue in server 2016"

Domain controllers can't use local accounts or local policies, they're mainly set up using default domain controller policy object

Hello, Dearest Teacher, Why the Roaming User Profile (NTUSER.DAT) does not to change to Mandatory User profile (NTUSER.MAN); when I changed (.DAT ) to (.MAN) and automatically re-changes to (.DAT)? Mandatory User Profile is not enable , even we have change roaming?
