Absolutely the best looking coolest bike and my favorite!!!! Back in the day I didn't get a orange krate but my Dad bought me SEARS chrome Spyder and a purple SEARS 5speed stingray and they always were great!!!!

I was 10 years old in 1970..my mom bought me an orange krate for $60. It was used but in mint condition, almost identical to the one in the video right down to the rear shocks..except mine had a book rack on the back for my books and a headlight in the front. Everybody thought I had the coolest bike in the neighborhood until one day someone stole it out of our garage.

Brings back great memories. I had an orange krate, my best friend had an apple krate. One other kid at our school had a lemon krate. It was around 1970 give or take. They cost $105.00 each.

Huffy's.were good!!!! I had a green huffy 10 speed called the MARK 1!!! It was one of Huffy's early 10 speed!!! Had fenders and I took them off!!! Road 40 and 50 miles a day on it!!!!

The seat looks to have been re-done. The Schwinn badge was riveted on by someone under the influence.
