You're very clear, concise teaching style is one reason why I invested in your selections course and am now watching your videos. You really hold my attention. You're not overly excited and you're not boring. Plus the content you put on your channel is great Bravo

Thank you for this comparison. When I was doing more Photoshop (some of it thanks to your awesome videos!), I could tell I'd benefit from a tablet, but I did not know where to start or what the real-world differences were. I will stick with the Wacom and look for a used one. Great suggestion!

Hi Brendan how about comparing a cheaper intuos tablet?

That's a good idea. I don't currently have access to one but I could perhaps buy one to get a proper comparison!

I have been using a mouse for the last 30 years to edit my photos with. But from time to time I have seen other people talk about using a tablet, and how much they love it, and how it has changed their lives, and that they would never go back to using a mouse again. Soooo.....I bought a Wacom Intuos Pro och couple of days ago, and Im not getting along with it at all. The precision is so bad. Its almost impossible to put the pen down and hit exactly where you want to. And the same goes when you want to lift the pen of the board.....it always moves in some direction. Lets say I want to cut something out, and then move it to a new location. Dropping it at an exact spot is almost impossible. With a mouse you just drag it and then let go of the mouse button. But here you have to lift the pen of the board, which make the selection move in some direction, and end up in the wrong spot. And going through menus and list is also a pain in the as* Its so much slower, and you accidentally hit the wrong thing. And the same thing with sliders......say you want to increase something to 50%......when you lift the pen it goes down to 49 or up to 51 or more. Another thing is zooming......with a mouse I just zoom with a wheel on my mouse, I can also move my canvas with wheels on the mouse. And with the pen I always have to push down keys on my keyboard, and then use the pen. I really dont understand why people love it so much? The only thing might be the brush sensitivity.....the ability to change opacity and thickness with the pen pressure. Other than that I don’t get it. I thought that there might be a learning curve, so I have stuck to it for 3 days now....playing around with it, but it doesn’t get easier. If I grab my mouse, I can do things 5 times faster.
