Water cooled build going down on the malaguti phantom f12. We tossed in our new crank along with new stage 6 cylinder. We found some of our missing parts, but theres still alot to come for this build!

A c21 and a malossi team innerrotor, very good ! We, in Europe, typically run 0.6 as standard, i ran a malossi mhr racing 70cc ac kit in my piaggio engine with 0.45 squish, after 1300km it was still perfect. Greetings from Latvia ! 🫶🏼

Epic build so far! But dam that piping was expensive. Here in Germany you can get both upper and lower parts for 15€ on the local marketplace. Definitely would've ported the mk2 racing since it's got a ton of potential, people run them with Yasuni C21 or Stage6 R1400 pipes here pushing 25hp+

Just as a sidenote. When you check the squish you dont need to put the Oring gaskets in because those get squised down anyway. Also the sealent does not add any thickness because that gets pushed out when you torque it down.

Hi, i got the same engine on my beta ark. Also planing to do the water cooled swap, i've got water tanks and coolers just was wondering can you do it on the same ac block becausw of the gearbox. Some say it has shorter gears on ac. And can a stock block take the power of an mk2 or due+ cylinder. If anyone can help plese do😊

28mm carb is best with that Cil I build a Gilera runner same setup with 24 when I switched to 28mm it was way way better

I have a question, the air-cooled Phantom F12 mounts the horizontal Minarelli, while the liquid-cooled one mounts the vertical Minarelli, how do you plan to mount a vertical cylinder on a horizontal engine block?

liquid cooled is horizontal minarelli as well. only bikes like bws / booster is vertical

When you gap the head your forgetting the thickness of the tape

nope haha, the squish only happens to the end of solder where the squish is on the head, the center is where you put the tape. nothing touches on center

Yes the casings are identical, all that is missing is a liquid cylinder, the radiator with the hoses and the pump (electric or manual drive via the ignition) its the same minarelli horizontal case
