Great little camera... However it's not a downside to use the app to get your photos... That's a key feature. You can grab the shot and then upload to cloud or your phone... Waaaay easier than taking out a memory card

I got another 70 Mia dash cam and a Garmin 47, and I just got the 360 70 mai and I love it. I didn't get the hard wire kit because I keep the cam on 24-7 anyways, I won't get the parking following option but I'm fine with that. I recommend the 360 cam.

As an owner of 70mai camera I'd like to add that sometimes songs trigger it to do things. would be better if it had some phrase to activate like "hey omni" or "hey dash" or whatever.

@@NrityaK yes! Works great. Does everything they say it will. I must confess tho, I've not hard wired it in yet. So it only works when driving. I am planning on wiring it in this weekend. The only thing i didn't like it use is the ADAS mode for lane departure and front collision monitor. It works well, just too much noise from it from my driving. Get it, you'll be happy with it

Great video! I have had mine since it was release and I never got to install it until this week when I remember I was in the trunk lol. I had purchased with the 4G hardwireing kit thinking it would also work with the surveillance mode. Unfortunately thats not how it work. So I just order the regular hard wire kit. Thanks for a very detailed review it helped me out a lot.

I thought about purchasing but two big cons..1) proprietary cable to make the camera features work. While it's cheap, I see no fuse taps included and other videos have shown ppl simply wiring the cable straight onto the fuse. 2) Internal only storage. Being an eMMC, there's no indication of how many writes the drive has before failure (which it will).

I made this video with a prerelease product. The app was only available through Apple’s TestFlight Beta Testing App. I didn’t have to give full access to my phone for testing. How could I mention anything about the final version before it was completed months later? I apologize, but this was a review of what I had to work with at that moment in time.

Very well articulated and presented. How do you find rear view without a rear camera ? Does it help if you were to track rear side …. Especially in the case of an unfortunate impact from rare ?

Thanks. It has some limitations for rear viewing because seat headrest can get in the way based on where the camera is mounted. Some dash cams do a better job for the rear viewing features

While testing it didn’t drain my battery in Parking Mode. It also has a battery safe function and can turn itself off if the battery gets too low. It is a neat camera for the price

Can it record front and rear at the same time? Reason I ask is say if you have a side-on collision, and the camera was facing the front, by the time it rotates to catch the action on the side, it's probably already too late.

Hi. Great insights. Could you please let us know the impact on car batter for paking survalaince. E.g. if i park the car for a month at the airport. How does that work. Is it constantly taking charge from my car's battery or it has some internal battery as well. How long of a parking survailance mode has an effect on car's battery. That is the major point of concern for me. Also if if i can connect it to a battery pack instead of the car's internal battery-is it a possibility?

Hey bud i have a question... ive been having trouble hardwiring this to my 2019 mustang gt. I purchased some fuse taps on amazon today and i just seen this video. Do you think for the red wire, a 7.5A fuse (power mirror memory module) (always on) will be enough power? And i have a 10A for the acc fus, will that be enough power? I was going to put 10A fuses on top of the original fuses bc thats what they come with...

Great video! I wonder if some questions could be asked, since techs just installed mine same time with a Android Carplay ona n Audi A4 B8. So I am using the Iphone 14 that goes straight into the carplay systemș I do have the 4g hardwire installed with a proper simcard. Did not have too much time to deal with this yet, but at start I encountered an annoying situation as it looses the hotspot due to the wifi phone connection with carplay and thus 70Mai was not responsive. Has anyone encountered a similar issue and what would be the workaround? And can you save a continous record on the 128 gb memory device? Or only default set by 1, 2, 3 minutes at a time videos? Quite confusing...

You probably have to reach out to the manufacturer. The 4G kit isn’t compatible in North America so I excluded it from the review. Keep in mind, the unit I had was not the final production model, so some details could change

Technically with this camera you would. But a 2 or 3 channel camera set up might be way more convenient.
