The bar not being straight is also such a ick to me. One time i just left the gym because the bar kept rolling towards me, i was so pissed

I actually switched gyms to one that catered toward more powerlifting because every platform at my previous gym had dips.

Yea especially when the platforms have the soft foam things on the sides. It sucks when doing high rep work for deadlifts but to counteract it I just straighten the bar out by sitting down with the middle knurlI between my asscheeks.

I hate doing bench at the Y closest to my house because the bolted down bench is not aligned with the ceiling beams. Still hit a PR though.

awesome PR Chris! Today I tried the hook grip from one of your previous videos...felt little wired but got up to 225lbs..then went to 315lbs and it was over kill couldn't even budge lol...threw on the straps and hit 335lbs 1x5...deff gonna keep training the hook grip at smaller increments...ps Patty doing that cam work eh?? hahahha

I use a thin rubber mat on a concrete floor and that fking bar STILL rolls on one side, drives me nuts. That was a great pull

If you can't lift it and not drop it, you probably shouldn't lift it. If you can't control the eccentric and set the weight down instead of looking like a Chad, it's probably too heavy. I always set my weight down. Am I lifting over 700 lbs? No. But I'm not being a Chad.
