Yea especially when the platforms have the soft foam things on the sides. It sucks when doing high rep work for deadlifts but to counteract it I just straighten the bar out by sitting down with the middle knurlI between my asscheeks.

Today I tried the hook grip from one of your previous videos...felt little wired but got up to 225lbs..then went to 315lbs and it was over kill couldn't even budge lol...threw on the straps and hit 335lbs 1x5...deff gonna keep training the hook grip at smaller increments...ps Patty doing that cam work eh?? hahahha

If you can't lift it and not drop it, you probably shouldn't lift it. If you can't control the eccentric and set the weight down instead of looking like a Chad, it's probably too heavy. I always set my weight down. Am I lifting over 700 lbs? No. But I'm not being a Chad.
