Как-то ты писал (это не дословно), что навыки по строительству у тебя двенадцатилетнего мальчика, который заигрался в лесу. Эта манера у тебя осталась за редким исключением, иногда у тебя получаются достаточно симпатичные домики :). Это только твоё дело, но ты не пробовал более упорядоченно располагать ветки - будет меньше дыр. Хотя именно то, что ты спишь в жутком холоде - твоя фишка. И это вызывает мой интерес!

I find it strange to not cook on embers. Fire only cooks the outside meat. I find it strange to not put more wood up before adding pine branches. But then who am I. Just some old in shape dude who has special training. Its good for kids to get out and learn as they go.

What is it with this long hair? Do you think it makes you look like a 'mountain man'? It's really quite feminine. And besides, if you lean over a campfire with long hair, the resulting burns will alter you scalp forever and you can forget about growing long hair in the future. If the lady in your life likes long hair, cut off about a foot and keep her happy and stay safe while camping. I teach wood turning and I don't allow my students to turn with long sleeves. Same deal.
