Thanks again Kevin for the great input. One question, do the knees stay facing straight ahead as in the foundation, with the turn from the waist only or is there a little more flexibility throughout this move?

Hi Phil, You are very welcome! With any of the moves, you want to be careful about twisting the knees. Keep them lined up with the feet (pointing forward and parallel) and yes, the turning is from the spine as in the body rotation foundation and with the leading arm expressing like in the arm extension foundation. As the weight transfers you 'sit' into the hip of the leg you are putting the weight into. Try not to turn with the hips. Use the legs as you would with a Dan Yu (one legged). Cheers
